My visit was all around fantastic. Every staff member I talked to from the person who greeted me when entering to the doctor, were all very kind. They answered all my questions with very knowledgeable answers and patience. I felt like I understood what was happening and what I could do very clearly. When I picked up my cat at the end of the day, the office had a lot of people but the staff still talked to each person with kindness and a willingness to give them all the time they needed. I didnt feel rushed or like a bother at all, which is very refreshing and nice these days. The staff was very caring towards my cat and I felt like she was safe there. She looks very nice from her grooming and is no longer sick. With all the things my cat needed to get done, I was very scared of the price, but it was surprisingly reasonable and very fair. I was happy with every aspect of this visit. The waiting room was comfy and clean. It was great! I will go back. They do all the big things right, and all the little things that make it above and beyond. Ive already recommended it to others.

Dr. Groshek has been our vet for more than 20 years and during those years he has provided EXCEPTIONAL care to our furr-people. He is incredibly knowledgeable and stays current in all areas of vet medicine. He has saved the lives of several of our furry ones by rapidly diagnosing and treating some very rare diseases. We hate to think what wouldve happened if we hadnt gone to someone like Dr. Groshek who has never missed a diagnosis (which says a lot given the rare nature of several diseases). We trust him implicitly! Most recently, his caring and dedication to our beloved Standard Poodle, Laverne, made all the difference as we fought a rare cancer. Dr. Groshek researched the treatment protocols for her cancer, and then worked side-by-side with us as Laverne went through five rounds of chemotherapy and surgery. Ultimately, through Dr. Grosheks dedication, we had our Vernie with us for another 14 blessed months. We thank God for Dr. Groshek, and we give our highest regard and recommendations.

Weve been taking our pets (dog and cat) here for about 7 years. The medical, front desk, and kennel staff always make us feel welcome and that they care about our pets. I never feel silly asking the veterinarian questions and the receptionists are always accommodating. I like that my pets can use the kennel either for short stays or before/after their appointments. The services, hours, and location are convenient and I find the staff friendly and caring toward me and my animals. It is a very clean and organized facility as well. Some people have mentioned prices are high, and I will admit this is the only veterinarian office Ive ever used so I cant compare. But, it works for me so I give it 5 stars!

We have been using Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital for almost 30 years. We have had cats up until a year ago when we acquired a new puppy. The care and compassion given has been truly remarkable especially when our last cat passed away very suddenly with a thyroid condition. Salmon Brook really helped us through this very sad experience. We now have a puppy and Salmon Brook is taking the best of care with him. His visits have been just the best. He has used the groomer, the boarding service and of course the doctors. Dr Violette your the best, thanks for your wonderful service.

I will say this; the facility is clean and the staff are overall friendly/knowledgeable. My dog was previously a patient of Dr. Wolfe, who was very good doctor from my experience. However, this facilitys prices are out of line, completely outrageous. If you make good money and are willing to pay for these overpriced services, by all means.. this is the place for you and your pet(s). But, if you are like myself and cant afford to pay three times as much for the same services/customer service you could find elsewhere, this is NOT the vet office for you and your pet(s).

I brought my rescue to this vet after hearing good reviews and not not disappointed! Dr. McNamara we really good with her even though she she was a complete nervous wreck. The Dr and vet tech were fabulous in helping to calm my dog down, administer shots, and explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. If you want a vet where everyone truley cares about your animal health, comfort level, and happiness then this is a great place to consider.

I went on vacation for a week and needed to board my cat as she is diabetic. Salmon Brook took amazing care of her. This was the first time I had boarded her as she only got diabetes last year. My vet doesnt board so I was very fortunate that there was Salmon Brook. The techs and nurses were awesome. They even texted me pictutes. The office staff was very pleasant as well. I would use Salmon Brook again and would recommend them as well

5 Star Veterinary hospital! Great service from start to finish! Staff was very courteous and comforting. Doctor took wonderful care of our Mona with her emergency visit, surgery and post op communications. Salmon Brook has consistently provided great care for my horse. All the staff is very knowledgable and courteous and they will take their time to explain treatments and procedures in detail. I have been with Salmon Brook since the 80s and they have never disappointed. I would highly recommend them. :-)

True Proffesionals, just moved back from Florida and had an emergency with my pet which reguired surgery. They took him immediately to surgery that day. Dr. Violette is Awesome, he walked me thru the cost and procedure, no hidden surprizes. The staff is caring and professional. 2 Thumbs up

I have been going to this vet for a year and every time tell myself Im going to find a new one. The prices are outrageous. There are so many vets here that no one is personable or remembers you. Its clean and staff is somewhat friendly but not worth the $$/lack of personal care.
