They burned my dog while she was under anesthesia with a heating pad. Not until it was scabbing did I notice. Which was about 1 1/2weeks later. They use rice filled bags they microwave and place on the dog to keep warm. But this time it was heated far too much and burned my dog. When I was e-mailing the Dr.MARIA DUNTON she said they place the heating pads next to the dog. But while on the phone they say the heat goes on the dog. Next to the dog would not keep the dog warm. Gee why do you think they are changing there story?? On the same phone call the Dr. said that if they get a bill for the vet cost of the burn then they would just have the Rutland Humane Society pay the $ since they operation was to spay the dog and it was covered by them. I said that is not right. The Rutland Humane Society did not burn by dog, you did. She had nothing else to say about that. I contacted this vet hospital and tried to keep this nice but they wont deal with me any longer. Now I am going to make sure everyone knows about how All Points Animal Care treats the customers.

On the contrary miss. Ive been an unpaid intern at all points and they never place hot rice bags directly on a dog or any animal. They are thoroughly wrapped in cloth or laid beside the animal. Now, there is a possibility your dog may unrolled the rice bag and laid upon it. But this is highly doubtful. The society doesnt using heating pads because cats or dogs could chew the cord and get electrocuted. Generally rice bags are placed near not on the animals so they can absorb the warmth or the warmth is channeled to the blankets on your dog. The pets at all points are always treated with love and care. If some animals stay overnight I know Maria or staff sometimes takes them home. This is so your pet wont be alone and terrified in a cramped cage.

The staff at All Points Animal Care is superb. They know my husband, myself, and my dog, Olive, by name. They put so much care and time and energy into each and every visit. They make sure that both our dog and us leave each visit comfortable and knowledgeable. I have received calls after hours and on the weekend from Dr. Anna when my dog has been ill to check up on her and follow up to see if I have any further questions. The care that I have received at All Points cannot be replicated and I know that Olive is getting the best care and attention she ever could. Thanks, All Points! Keep up the good work and the great care and attention!

Maria, Anna, and all the staff are excellent in their care and compassion of all the animals (and "parents") who come to them. I have taken my dogs and pet rats to them for years, and have nothing but the highest of praises for their practice!

Cozy comfy Clinic, amazing family oriented staff that cares for their patients as well as Moms & Dads. Dr. Dunton is willing to do home visits should you have a special case or kid. Thumbs up in my book!!

My family went to Dr. Dunton for years before moving. I will likely never find a practise to equal hers and the amazingly compassionate people who work for her.

They are so caring about not just the animals they take care of but, also the people. I am very pleased with all of the staff!
