I had just relocated to the East coast with my 2 cats in tow and needed a veterinarian. I first went to a vet in Stratford who advised a radical treatment for a common condition in geriatric cats. Needless to say, I never returned. Next I heard about Pond Point from a former employee who is related to my sister-in-law. I was set at ease as soon as I entered the building. There was a relaxed atmosphere and no smells. The staff is efficient and I was taken into the exam room quickly. So far so good. I am always greeted by Dr. Carter with a warm smile. She handles my cats adeptly, and Im always given a plan for their care. If blood work is ordered, Dr. Carter follows up by giving me a call and discusses the results.. In fact, if I have any issues with my cats I can always reach her by phone. I feel that Dr. Carter is an excellent diagnostician, and, moreover ,cares about the animals owners as well. She makes you feel like youre part of the Pond Point family.

I am so grateful to the entire staff at Pond Point for the compassionate, personalized care both of my cats consistently received. We were truly treated like family...welcomed each visit with ready smiles and accommodations from all. Dr. Bedarf and Dr. Carter were always responsive and available for follow-up questions, offering the time I needed. Losing both boys to long-term chronic illness was devastating, but I will always be thankful to the Pond Point team for the compassion and concern we were shown until the end.

Dr Carter and the entire staff are absolutely dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and caring. Willing to "think outside the box" when everyone else gave up. The amount of time you all spent researching possible treatments to help Bailey was beyond any experience Ive had at other animal hospitals. The personal care for my dog and for me was fantastic.
