I highly recommend this vision center!! I went to many different eye doctors and this is the first that can actually find me the right lenses and very polite, friendly and professional. Today was my first visit here but not my last. I plan to take all my vision care here from now on. Make sure you schedule an appointment for any vision tests before hand. But the two ladies at the front desk will try their best to squeeze you in as early as possible.

I was unable to get my new eyeglasses within 6 months. every time the new lenses were wrong, and every time they were worse than the previous ones. Every time the store manager Rich was trying to convince me that I had to get used to the wrong prescription. And he has refused to refund $745. Dont use this store! They will just rip you off!

Crazy dr convinced me to get "cheaper lenses" than what I was used to. They dried out immediately and because I was away from home I scratched my eyes so much I developed a twitch that lasted for 3 months. Then when I tried to exchange them, I had to pay for the opened boxes, which of course I cant use.

I thought since this is a small Mom & Pop type business that I would get great personalized service...not quite. The staff is indifferent with helpfulness at a minimum. You could definitley do better.

Old ownership is terrible but Im prepared to give you guys another chance! If I come to you with a prescription and a pair of frames I ordered online, would you be able to put lenses in them?

I just bought a new pair of glasses from the new owners :) What an improvement from the last owners. All new people and all new glasses. Awesome experience!
