I have been going to Access PT for terrible back pain that shoots down my legs. The Physical Therapist, Jackie, has been there every step of the way. The treatment has been very effective; I am in much less pain. In addition, I would lose my balance because of swollen feet. Because of the treatment, my balance is much better ...almost back to normal and the limp I have developed is stopping. I am always asked about doctors or pills I am taking and always have my questions answered. If Jackie isnt there, everything is recorded so that the treatment is always same. This level of consistency did not happen when I was in PT before. I am so thankful for the excellent treatment, especially since there are so many delays while I wait to see doctors. One more thing....the office is extremely clean and well kept. I plan on using this office for all of my future PT needs. Thank you to everyone there!

The team of physical therapists that Dr. Tracy has put together at Access is remarkable. I came in with degenerative cervical discs and could not turn my head to the left without incurring tremendous pain radiating down from my neck to my left shoulder and arm. After about five weeks of twice weekly visits plus a series of daily exercises I was given to do at home (not done as often as I should have) I was able to turn my head freely, drive, work and just do without the constant pain. Dr. T and her staff (and this includes the women at the front desk) know exactly what your body (and mind) needs. Their patience and skill was critical in enabling me to get over the months of months of pain I suffered through before walking into the Pomona office. Truly a wonderful, caring and very professional staff.

My first time needing physical therapy and I couldnt have found a better team than at the Pomona and New City offices. I made great progress in a minimal amount of time - mostly due to the excellent diagnostic plan and execution thereof designed for me personally. I highly recommend these facilities to anyone needing physical therapy. You will make fast friends who enjoy their work while maintaining a professional demeanor.

My son was on his 2nd ACL injury and with the help of the staff in Access Physical Therapy & Wellness in Pomona, my son is now able to return to sport and with the conference he had before his injuries. Awesome staff. Very helpful and responsive. They walk you through the process of recovery. Access Physical Therapy is one of the best physical therapy establishments I have worked with. (and unfortunately, Ive had to work with quite a few) Its a clean modern facility & the staff is well trained, pleasant and run by Dr. Tracy Urvater, a human dynamo who will whip you into shape. After all, thats why youre there.
