Shortly after starting my freshman year at college, I became very sick with Mono. I was exhausted all the time, couldn’t exercise, and had sore throats and swollen glands constantly. Throughout the next fifteen months of me being sick I had gone to see five different doctors, been put on steroids and antibiotics, been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and had each of those five different doctors tell me there was nothing they could do for me, I just needed to rest. I had gone from an extremely healthy, active and athletic teenager to someone who could hardly do anything besides go to class and sleep. Everything that made me who I was had been taken away from me by being sick. After nearly fifteen months with my symptoms not getting any better, Dr. Goldhirsch was recommended to me. He changed my life. Within two weeks, I had gone from sleeping about fifteen hours a night to a normal eight or nine hours. I was able to exercise, be involved on campus, and start getting my life back. The nutritional supplements that Dr. Goldhirsch has given me have gotten rid of all of my symptoms and made me feel better than even before I got sick. Dr. Goldhirsch is someone that I would, and have, recommend to anybody. He is caring, knowledgable, and only worried about the well being of his patients. Dr. Goldhirsch gave me back control of my own body and I could not be more thankful.

I cant recommend Goldhirsch Chiropractic & Nutrition enough. The health of my husband and myself, as well as several of our friends, has been improved exponentially. Weve been seeing Dr. Mark for several years now, driving over from Woodstock every 3-4 weeks for NRT (Nutritional Response Therapy) and an adjustment. We find ourselves looking forward to it each time. Our health is in such a good place we only go to our GP for a check up once a year where they always concur were both in perfect health. Recently I had the beginning of a UTI. I knew going to the GP would result in automatic antibiotic prescription. Ive worked diligently to heal my gut after years of antibiotic abuse so taking them for a UTI would be my last resort. I went to Dr. Mark first, got the supplements my body was asking for, and the UTI felt instantly better the next day and it was gone within a week. This is just one story of many. Dr. Mark is an experienced and intuitive healer and his care has drastically improved our quality of life.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Mark Goldhirsch since he started his practice years ago. He has helped the whole family tremendously over the years with spinal minipulations as well as nutritionally. When I personally came to him I had anything from chronic fatigue to dizziness to tiredness you name it I had it. Dr. Mark performed several muscle tests on me and found that my biggest problem was that my thyroid was not functioning correctly. I did have blood work at a doctor and it was in fact the thyroid. Of course the medical doctor wanted me to go on life long medication for the thyroid but I did not choose to go that route. Instead I choose to go with Dr. Marks supplements. I have since lost weight like 15 lbs I have all kinds of energy and I feel 100% better. I have Dr Mark Goldhirsch to thank for it! Treating your body nutritionally is the way to go in my book. Thank you for giving me my life back Dr. Mark!

We could not be more grateful for the care provided by Dr. Mark! My daughter was diagnosed with Graves Disease and followed her endocrinologists orders, which included medications for about 2 years. After some ups & downs, her blood work determined that she would need to have her thyroid ablated or removed - a fate we were not ready to accept. We were fortunate to find Dr. Mark at this time. Through his recommendations of diet changes and supplements, her thyroid is now healthy again. At her recent endocrinologist appointment, we found that her thyroid levels are back to normal. This would not have happened without his help. I am happy to report that my overall health has improved since we began visiting him last May, as well. We talk to him about health issues as they arise and are able to get regular chiropractic adjustments at the same time.

I remember going to Dr. Mark feeling a bit disabled because I was having problems coming out of bed, getting in and out of my car with difficulty, headaches and not being able to do some of my daily activities. My first day at with Dr. Mark was a bit of a struggle. I wasnt able to turn from one side of the chair to the next. I was in excruciating pain. My right hip was one of my biggest problems, along with upper and lower back pain. Not to mention neck pain. After a month visit, I literally felt like a brand new person. I was now able to move from one side of the chair to the next with no problem. I dont get headaches like I used to. Im able to function and do my daily activities without struggling. Thanks to Dr. Mark for his amazing work. I am tremendously greatful for helping me get my life back on track.

Both the doctor and his receptionist are courteous and helpful. Dr. Goldhirsch is very gentle, so his adjustments are painless. He encourages doctor/patient dialogue, so all my concerns are addressed. After only a few weeks of treatment, I have less back and neck pain and my posture has improved. Usually during holiday season Im stressed and depressed, but this year Im definitely not stressed out and in a happier frame of mind. Considering the positive results Ive experienced so far, Im looking foward to having Dr.G treat other health issues , like migraine headaches. I have had more positive results with him than any other physician Ive ever seen, and that is saying a lot. In conclusion, not only have I found great holistic healthcare, I have found new friends. Since meeting with Dr.Mark my health&overall quality of life has drastically improved. My blood pressure has returned to normal without prescription medication, which I was on for 10 years. He also is able to adjust my neck so that I dont get a headache afterwards. Something, no other chiropractor has been able to do. Dr.Mark is a kind, caring, knowledgable professional.

Dr Mark took chiropractic care of me while I was pregnant. After my child was born he did some muscle testing on my baby because of the acid reflux issue he was having. Dr Mark suggested a probiotic and after taking them,the issues have been SO MUCH better for my baby! Thank you Dr Mark!
