I have been a patient of both Dr. Nozik and Dr. Tumminelli almost 8 years now. I came to them after a I was seen by a different dentist that informed me that due to the severe cracks and infection in my tooth that it would need to be extracted. After the excellent care they gave my daughter some years prior I went for a second opinion. I called them and explained the situation and they provided me with an appointment the next day. My appointment was with Dr. Nozik. I was informed that there was an infection and that a root canal needed to be done and that there was no guarantee that the tooth could be saved he was still going to do his very best...almost 8 years later the tooth is doing very well. Two years ago I had to call Dr. Tumminelli due to a possible abscess starting as I was in terrible pain with not really knowing which tooth. At that time you did not go through an answering service you would call the Dr. directly(not sure if it is still that way as I have not needed to use it since) he called me right back and called in a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication. I was seen that week where a root canal was performed to another severely cracked tooth(which I knew ahead of time that it might result in a root canal). I recently had an appointment with them as I thought that possibly one of the tooths with a root canal in it might possibly have an infection. Come to find out its a sinus infection that I did not really know I had. Dr. Tuminelli wrote a script for antibiotics right there. The whole staff does everything they can to assist you even when you are having financial hardships which is so gratefully appreciated. They take the time out to get to know you and really care about what is going on in your life etc. They know who you are when you walk in and will wave to you even if they are busy with another patient. I will not go back to any other dentist.. I have referred other people who are petrified of dentists and they too will not go anywhere else. They take most insurances unfortunately they do not take state aid as they want to be able to treat their patients they way they should be treated medically instead of just ripping out a tooth because its the cheaper way to go. And yes that is the patients choice to have a tooth taken out but why would you if it can be saved. I so totally recommended them to anyone who sees this post. White Spruce Dental is so worth it!

It has been roughly 15 years that Dr. Ken Nozik has been taking care of my teeth. --When I tell people of all the great work that Ive had done by him (since in my thirties), they find it hard to believe, saying that my teeth look so beautiful and so perfect. And I say, "Thats what I am talking about." Dr. Ken took a mouth filled with silver filled teeth and turned them all white, all to natural looking beautiful strong white teeth. And he continues to maintain his beautiful work. --Also, Dr. Ken and Lisa (who works right with him), to me are family. Ive been going to White Spruce Dental for a few years, and havent had a bad visit yet. Ive had work done by both of the dentists, and theyre both better than my old dentist from before I moved to Rochester (who I thought was great to begin with). Ive only had one of the hygienists clean my teeth, so I cant comment on all of them, but the one I see is very friendly and does a great job. All of the other staff Ive interacted with have also been exceptionally friendly.

The dentist office has never been my favorite place but my experience with Dr. Tumminelli and his staff has changed that. I have always felt self conscious about my smile and the staff there made me feel comfortable and I did not feel judged. I am glad to have found a dentist office that cares and that are truly there to help you and not just make money. I would highly recommended them to anyone!

The very best, each and every time. Most recent visit was for a broken tooth; they got me in the morning I called and used the latest technology to place a crown (one visit, undetectable once in place), and truly cared about my comfort. I even got a phone call from Dr. Klock later in the day to ensure that everything was good with my new crown. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a wonderful dental office! Everyone I spoke to was so welcoming and helpful. From the receptionist to the doctors, they all take the time to explain how everything works. They worked around my schedule and my insurance troubles in order to get me the care I needed. I felt comfortable and at ease when I visited the office. I would highly recommend to everyone I know!

I was pleased with my recent office visit to WSD. The esthetics in the entire office was pleasing. It seemed new, very clean, nice pictures and accessories on the walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a missing tooth replaced within a 2-day period. The staff helped me with financing options as well. I would recommend their services.

I chipped my teeth and the temporary filling from the hospital fell off a bit prematurely. I called around 8:30 and got an appointment for 3 PM that day and I could not have been more pleased. After having been to eastman dental, the care and service provided here was awesome. I have an appointment for next monday to have the teeth crowned.
