Have been a patient here for about 3 years now, I called last week to schedule an appointment for Tuesday the 19th. I had specifically asked the receptionist when the most convenient time to see the doctor where I would not be waiting a tremendous amount of time. On the date of my appointment I had gone into the practice and asked how long the wait would be they told me "an hour and a half" already I was annoyed because I was not supposed to be waiting long, that was the whole point of calling ahead and asking. How long did I actually have to wait before seeing the doctor I requested? 3 Hours, this was while I was constantly feeding the meter outside for parking as well. People have other priorities; they cant just be lying about things like this. Will look towards finding another practice in the future

Doctors are okay but horrible office. I would bring a book with me every time because like the rest of the reviewers, you Will wait... Not uncommon for up to 2 hours past appointment time until youre seen. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when I called at 4:45pm for clarification about the handwriting on my prescription. I waited on hold until 5:05 and decided to redial. No answer. I then call two other number for the office.... No answer, no call back, nothing. I could have been dying but 5pm means no more work I guess. If possible... Find a better doctors office to visit.

Fair Hope

The doctors are fine, the staff is pleasant but the wait is inexcusable. Nothing can justify a consistent wait time of 2 hours. I have to find another doctor who respects the fact that my time is also important. I have gone to 2 of the top doctors at Mt Sinai and never had to wait more than 20 minutes.
