Absolute worst dentist office Ive ever been to by a long shot. My familys dental coverage changed so we had to pick a new practice. We ended up here and from day one it was the worst. The office manager is rude and will role her eyes at patients and gets frustrated with you if you dont move fast enough for her. The doctor is incompetent and is so rough; most painful cleaning I ever had. They will fail to schedule appointments for you so make sure. YOU call and confirm your appointment because they may have just yesd you to get you off the phone or out of their office. They will charge your insurance for services they dont provide you, so be on the look out for that. I overall they shouldnt be in business and the doctor shouldnt have a license

I brought my kids in for one visit and knew I made a huge mistake right away. This dentist was arrogant, quick with diagnosis (insisting an extraction an implant on my 13 y/o $$$) and her bedside manner is horrible! She scared my daughter and gave me a very hard time when asking questions. I didnt want a panoramic X-ray in addition to all the others taken and the doctor was extremely rude and angry about it. Shes does not like anyone with a brain in their head that asks questions. She was also very rough on examining my sons teeth. I will never step foot in that practice again and hope this saves someone else a very frustrating and bad experience.

From the minute you enter the office, you are greeted warmly by Joyce, the office manager, who has all your patient details at her fingertips. Dr. Ameri is kind, knowledgeable, professional and intelligent. She presents all options in a clear manner and explains everything in terms a layman can understand. Jamie, the dental assistant, is warm and friendly and ensures that the patient feels comfortable and anxiety-free. I have had various dental procedures done here and have never been treated as well by any dentist.

I used Dr Ameri for myself and daughter. Tonight she saw another Dr that was there. She walked in at 6:15 and was home by 6:35. This 20 min visit was getting set up, taking x rays and then a cleaning? I don*t know but they bill the insurance company a half hour.. I called to express my concerns and Dr Ameri hung up on me. So unprofessional!! l .Dr Ameri is so rude and nasty !! I will be calling the insurance company tomorrow and form a complaint.

They dont have a chair to allow parents to sit with kids while they work. There is a sign that says exactly that too as policy. No biggie, still 5 stars but it drives me nuts not being able to watch over my yougest so much. Kids wont always speak up if theyre not comfortable so it bothers me. Wish theyd change that. Overall still 5.

Worst Dentist Ever!! the Dr. is so rude and impatient, she made me feel worse than I did walking in about my fear of Dentists and told me she was too old to deal with people like me (Im 24 and breathed heavily when she pulled out the needle) DO NOT GO hHERE!!!

If you want a rude experience, go here. I was hassled everytime I went because I denied X-rays and so they didnt get to make their $$ on them. Then the doc proceeded to do a harsh, annoyed cleaning on my teeth. Im done with this place.

Im one of those terrified of the dentists people and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Ameri and all of her staff. Wish I had found them years ago. I highly recommend them to everyone!
