Went for a root canal that was calcified (apparently this is difficult BUT not impossible to treat) I have decent insurance with a $150.00 co-pay for a root canal. After being seen at 1230 (my appointment time was 1030) some woman tells me that it is going to cost $600 to fix because my insurance does not cover calcified root canals. I told then I thought they were wrong and started to leave. This is when the high pressure tactics started, they told me that I should have it done because the dentist is very busy and I will not be able to get another appointment etc etc. I left called my insurance from the car and was told that what I was told was not true. My co-pay is $150.00 and calcification of the tooth does not matter. SCAM PRACTICE, COULD CARE LESS ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES, AND CON ARTISTS . Do yourself a favor and go to a honest dentist whos is interested in something other then getting rich without actually doing any work!

This is a total scam practice. Dont go! I went for a routine cleaning and the hygienist barely cleaned my teeth. She did, however, jam her scraper into four of my teeth to make them bleed profusely. She then stated that I had advanced periodontal disease and bone loss and would need four Arestin treatments at $90 a pop - which of course wouldnt be covered by insurance. I floss and brush regularly so I knew this was a total scam. I will be getting a 2nd opinion from the dentist I normally go to and will report back their findings.

I have been trying to find a really fantastic dentist .That goodness my search has ended .I have been going to Dr Alex for 7 years now. I have told everyone he is the best .He truly is I have never ever had pain .You feel like family as soon as you meet him.He is a really fabulous dentist and a kind man as well .The staff is the best I never have that dreaded feeling I would get with other dentists. The cleaning is the best I have EVER had,without any PAIN !! DEFINITELY THEE BEST DENTIST EVER.!!!

Too many gripes to list. Do yourselves a favor and dont waste your time here. Ive been waiting for almost two months for this doctors office to submit paperwork to my insurance for my daughters braces. First I call the insurance company to check on status and am told they havent received anything. Then I call the doctors office and they tell me they did submit. Whos not telling me the truth? Ive called three times and still nothing - time is precious...

My experience was fine. I had to go get my wisdom teeth removed. The first time, I pretty much went there for nothing cause they said my insurance didnt approve of it yet. Went back home and the approval papers were in the mail -__-. Went back a week later and got it done. The wait is a bit long, but everyone is friendly.

They have no respect for your time! I took my children there for a cleaning and check up. Ended up waiting for an hour and a half and still did not get to see either the dentist or the hygienist. We left as the wait was getting ridiculous!

Not good, they cleaned my teeth before taking x-rays, the cleaning was so quick (probably 5 minutes) and the place was not clean. The floors and walls were too dark making this place not feel comfortable. I also had pain after I left the place.

They dont communicate very well. They are never on time. I had a 8:30 appointment, they didnt see me till 10am. I spoke with the assistant and anesthesiologist, never spoke to the oral surgeon that did my wisdom teeth removal.

I have received excellent dental care from Dr. Alex. Several surgical procedures performed and Dr. Alex will not let you leave his chair until he is satisfied that the work is 100%. No short cuts with Dr. Alex.

People should have respect for other peoples time. Walked out after waiting an hour and a half for my daughters appointment. I should have read these reviews first!!!!!
