Fantastic staff, easy appointments, adjustable scheduling, clean office - great experience! My story: I had an old, large filling fall out Monday am. I was able to get an appointment for Tuesday am at Aspen Dental on Altamont Ave. in Schenectady. I made the appointment via Aspens call center and moments later Tami from the office was calling to make sure that I had made my appointment for the right office as I lived an hour away. The wonderful experience started there and did not stop. The office is clean (and doesnt smell like a dentists office!) and all of the staff are friendly, energetic and helpful. There was barely a wait until I was getting x-rays and being examined. My options were root canal or pulling the tooth. I choose root canal and Tami called the Aspen office on Balltown Road and was able to get me an appointment for THAT evening! Tami was also able to set up all the follow up, go through the billing and insurance information and was overall knowledgeable, thorough, as well as super friendly. The drive was so worth a super fantastic dental experience! Aspen Dental on Altamont (and Balltown, if I ever need more in-depth dental work) has a returning patient for life!

I went in to the Rotterdam, NY office yesterday for the x-rays, exam, and consult. The first things I noticed when I walked inside were the welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk and the place looked organized. Every person I encountered had a smile on their face and were very friendly. The best part of my visit happened when a manager was scheduling me for some other appointments and she found out that I could get my 6 month cleaning done right then and there! Another patient had arrived early, so I was able to be squeezed in right after them. Aspen Dental usually does the 6 month cleaning for new patients as 2 separate appointments, but for them to have gone out of their way to give me a more convenient situation is amazing. I highly recommend them if you are seeking quality dental care with staff that really care about making your smile and your day that much better.

Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience especially when one is in pain, like I was on my recent first visit. Upon entering the Rotterdam office, I was immediately greeted with big smiles and a friendly welcome from Lisa and Sam who manned the front desk. I have never received such a welcome from my previous dental office staff. I am sure that Aspen has many great people working in its corporation however, as far as I am concerned no one can beat the friendly, caring, professional service provided by Dr. Fuertes, Lisa, Sam, Stacia, Kristin, the Dr’s assistants, and the x-ray tech. Their service sets the standard for patient and customer service. Without hesitation, I emphatically recommend the Aspen Dental Rotterdam, NY office to everyone who wants to be treated like they are valued patrons. These people rock!

While experiencing quite a bit of pain , I made an appointment for treatment at Aspen Dental as a first time patient. They diagnosed the problem quickly and did a survey of my mouth pointing out future problems to watch for, My immediate need was for the extraction of two molars. They said they could treat me later that same morning! Everyone at Aspen was fantastic, and Dr. Phair did an excellent job removing the two very stubborn teeth painlessly with only a local anesthetic. Other extractions I have had in the past required general anesthesia. Overall, I had so much less discomfort this time than in the past and healing was rapid. I will definitely be back to Aspen for all future dental work.

I had my first dental appointment since I was 16 (Im 36) with Aspen Dental a few weeks ago. Ive only been in NY since I was 19, so I didnt know anyone at the office. I have severe social anxiety and a profound fear of the dentist, so to say I was terrified would be the understatement of the year. The people at Aspen were amazing. They were all kind, considerate, and caring. They got in, got out, told me what was wrong, and got me set up to get it fixed with no hassle at all. Ive now had my wisdom teeth removed, scheduled a cleaning and filling, and Im nowhere near as frightened of the dentist as I was before. Thoroughly impressed. Thanks, Aspen Dental.

I needed to have emergency dental surgery to remove a wisdom tooth that had been both impacted and infected before a trip to Europe. I didnt have high hopes but I contacted every dentist in the area. Aspen dental got back to me rather quick and while I do have to say initially there was some confusing back and forth in which I wasnt sure who I was speaking to about what and often ended up repeating information to three or four people I eventually got a confirmation for an appointment. It was all smooth sailing from there and the actual surgery itself was a quick forty minute session that was painless and efficient. Thanks Aspen

Ive never had great teeth, and my wisdom teeth had been immensely painful for two years. After having my dental exam at aspen I was given some options about treatment, and the team really tried to work around my busy and inconsistent work schedule. They were able to get me in for a procedure the same day, and another procedure the following day for my convenience. I can say without exaggeration that Aspen has given me a quality life I havent had the ability to enjoy before. Not only was the work well done, but the staff cared genuinely. Every person I interacted with was nothing but courteous, and pleasant.

Every person that I came in contact with made me feel right at home. I was coming in to have an exam because I needed all for wisdom taken out so of course Im nervous and I had no insurance. They made me feel so comfortable, they walked me through everything and explained everything to me. I would go back JUST to say hi honestly. I would recommend them to everyone. Two names I specifically remember are Danielle and Jennifer, though everyone was awesome theres a reason I specifically remember there two ladies. Please give them recognition :)

The Navy referred me to Aspen Dental to have my Wisdom Teeth removed. They had me in for about 10 minutes before referring me to another Aspen Dental location. I had heard tons of horror stories about getting them out from a lot of people. They got me back to have my teeth removed in about 15 minutes, and about 45 minutes I woke up with all 4 teeth out, no issues, not really any pain the whole time Ive been dealing with them out so far. Really professional and kind staff. Would have my teeth pulled out again if that were a thing.

Although I have been here multiple times and the dentists do good work, I do not like the high pressure tactics when selling overpriced procedures, or insisting on extra exams and charging me for office visits, when I just need to come in once and be done, they like to push it twice to get an extra charge in. They do this every time including the ridiculous special cleaning they like to try to sell, in addition to a normal cleaning. Watch for the hidden costs

Very calm, comfortable office. Televisions in rooms to keep your mind off worry. You can listen to whatever show you want while being worked on. Staff is happy to answer any questions. The dentists and staff are thorough and not rushed. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad I went there. They go out of there way to be upbeat, happy, and make your visit as pleasant as possible. What a great change from prior offices I used to use.
