Worst possible practice to go to. I used to work here and I can understand why they treat their patients or potential patients so terribly. I made an appointment with Dr Lorenzo Gamez. I spoke to Alexa and she took all my daughters information. I heard nothing for a week 30 min before the appointment I get a voicemail that Dr Gamez is not par with my insurance. I was referred by the insurance so Im confused. I finally got Natalie on the phone Al she kept saying I dont know anything. I am just the receptionist. She giggled thinking the situation was funny she then said that I can complain to Denae she knows nothing. I left a voicemail on Denae voicemail that I was upset. I use to work here!! I know they do insurance verification so why didnt they call sooner. My daughter is on crutches and in pain and now I have to find another doctor and wait again. The staff ruins it for the doctors. They are great doctors and great at what they do. They lack staff stability n training they hire people that know nothing And learn on the job. Alexa has been there a long enough time to know if Dr Gamez is par. They just dont care about patients. Its about money. It starts at the top with their leader George. I wouldnt ever go here

I called on Monday was directed to a recorded message i Left my name and number and a brief description and no one returned my call. I called back on Wednesday talked to a girl and informed her that no one called me back and she directed me to another recorded message so again i left my name and number again and still no response. Very strange and now i will move on to a more reliable Orthopedics Probably for the best they do not seem to care about patiences and their needs.

Stay away! My experience was disappointing to say the least. Patient care lacks on all levels. If I could rate them a 0, I would. The administrative assistant apologized and confirmed they were wrong from patient care to administrative and billing. The doctor never even bothered to follow up my complaint with a personal call. My health is of the utmost importance to me. They just saw a copay. Needless to say, I am going somewhere else and you should too.

I was referred to an orthopedic for severe shoulder pain unrelated to an injury. I spoke with both Dr. Philip Schrank and Dr Danielle DeGeorgio both of whom I would highly recommend. They were thorough, caring and were not ready to jump into surgery. We took a non surgical attempt to help my issue. I have been extremely happy with the care I have been receiving. The staff is friendly and willing to work with my schedule. Terrific experience!

Thrice Blest

Drs. Queller and Wagner are among the best we have ever seen. Our daughter is a competitive gymnast and as such has had lots of injuries! The care, communication and experience shown by both Drs is above reproach. We would highly recommend them. The staff is always pleasant, the PAs are fabulous and our phone calls are always returned promptly. This is an excellent practice.

Ive been seeing Dr Frankenberger for pain management since Sept 2015 for my right knee. The synvisc cushioning shots she gives me every six months have kept me on my feet and kept me from having a painful knee replacement. The staff is kind and caring and will do their best to squeeze you in for an appointment when you really need it.

I see alot of negativity but everyone is different. My husband went for a second opinion and Dr. Gamez is the best. He had a total Ankle Replacement and Dr. Gamez did an amazing job. Highly recommend this Dr. My husband is doing very well for 2 months. Therapy is working well for him

Incompetent staff. Rude/disrespectful nurses. They lied to my homecare nurse and claimed "yes, the doctor does pain management." I get there, and apparently he doesnt. The surgeon insinuated he might not be competent enough to handle my situation. This place is terrible, stay away.

Went there for elbow injury , after slip and fall . Dr ?? Jarot kept claiming tennis elbow, never did an mri. Torn extender tendon , once I found a less arrogant dr that listened, Mri clearly showed 99% tear. Only hope karma words for this guy he needs a wake up call
