Scheduled my appointment over a month ahead of time for today. As I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment, I saw waiting room full of patients. Was told Ill have to wait for at least an hour since there are still 5 patient before me. What is the point of making an appointment if they are never on time. Last time I had to wait over an hour just to get in to exam room, then she gave me a shot and again left from 20 min. I just left. Dr Penrose is a good doctor, but why cant she organize her office and appointment book? Would like to add, that Dr Penrose called me to apologize for the situation, which was very nice of her. I would give dr Penrose 5 stars as a doctor. If one day, she can organize her practice without the long wait Ill gladly come back.

Best doctor in Staten Island!!! Dr. Penrose is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Her office is clean and staff very friendly. I am so grateful that I dont have to travel to Manhattan to see a really good physician. Will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
