The office got a bit better even though they run this place like too much of a machine. One complaint is that the office managers never call you back. They seem so overstaffed yet call backs are just terrible. The doctor seems brilliant but he comes off like a snob with no bed-side manner and he is rather rude. The only reason I am still going is that there is really not much better to choose from on Staten Island and they all charge an arm and a leg for the cosmetic procedures, peels, etc.

Dr. Urbanek is wonderful. I first had my husband schedule an appt with him for a skin condition on his face, Turns out the face was from sweat, however the tiny almost minuscule mole on his tummy was precancerous! Thank goodness for the expertise of Dr. Urbanek we were able to deflect a future disaster. He is well worth your trust.

I like this place because of the way I am treated by the Doctor. I like the whole staff now. They keeped the good staff that cares about the patients. They got rid of the ones that didnt.
