I have tried for over a week to get an appt for my husband and I. I have used their website form... called once and got transferred to a voicemail with no call back. I called back three days later and the receptionist started taking our information then told me she was too busy and could she call me back. No, three times is more than enough opportunity to get our business. I told her this was my third time trying to get an appt, she didnt care. My father is an Optometrist (in a different state) for over 30 years and his office would NEVER treat patients like this. If they are this bad just trying to get an appt with, I dont want to experience their service after an exam.

Our experience was at the Watertown office. I was very pleased with the whole experience. My 5 year old needed an exam and I was skeptical because she has been through alot. The staff there was very professional and went out of their way to make my daughter comfortable. They explained everything to her so she was not afraid and made her laugh. She was treated like the princess she is.I applaud the staff they are very caring and take the time to explain everything. I recommend everyone take their kids and themselves there if you need eye care. I am a happy returning customer!

Very happy with my exam at the Cazenovia office. So much better than the archiac practices (like the evil puff of air) you get at "factory" eye care -ie Empire Vision. The Caz office didnt have the frames I liked, but the optician sent some samples from the Syracuse office which I was very satisfied with. If I had to pick something on my "wish list" it would be to have them open more than only twice a week at their Caz location

Dr. Levinson and his staff are fantastic. I have been going to their practice for over a year and have recevied excellent service by all of the staff and the doctor himself. Dr. Levinson makes sure to spend time with his patients and explain his findings well. I have also had an amazing experience with his staff. Karen is especially friendly and extremely helpful!!

Horrible customer service they will charge you for their own mistakes. They wont keep their time schedule. I got my sun glasses after 5 weeks and for their mistake it took another 1 week to get repaired and after 2 months they charge me for it. And they decide to not to apologize take the payment and they happy to cancel my appointments.

I have been with the Doctor for years and the service has been excellent. The staff is friendly and professional with the latest equipment for a proper diagnosis. A complete exam is done in a timely manner, and if you should need new frames they have a wide selection.

I travel 2 hours to see Dr. Levinson. Ive had corneal transplant in both eyes and my surgeon practically insisted I see Dr. Levinson. The staff at the Court St. office is very accomodating and professional. In my opinion, you cant do better anywhere!
