I went here for a cosmetic consultaion and had heard about them through an add I came across in the paper. The add was for a "free"consultaion with xrays. I had an apointment for them at 5:15Pm and ended up sitting there WAY UNTIL after 6:00! There was literally no one there and i was shocked that it took so long. There was no staff there for help and no receptionist in sight to ask any questions as to what was going on. I had to litterally walk all the way through the back which is where people are not supposed to go and ask what was going on? My fiance and i were just out the door when the "only nurse" that was there finally brought us back to one of the rooms. She basicly transferred me from one room to another to wait another 10 minutes! I ended up walking out of there and will never go back there again. I guess there is a reason why they had their adds out in the clipper magazine. probably because they desperatly needed cliental. Some way to prove it! Im sure there are the survivng customers that have gone there for years, but as far as im conserned, this is not the place to go. BE WARE.

I had been in so much pain and of course it was Sunday and everyone was closed, great! I Google searched dentists open on Sunday and called Dr Kupetz answering service. Thr woman paged him and he had gotten back to me within minutes! Score #1! Also important to mention I have never been here before and was not referred so he had no idea who I was! He was at a seminar and came back up to the area as soon as possible on the chance that I may need a root canal, really? Score #2. Now I hate going to the dentist it always hurts even though they say "dont worry about it, itll kick in soon and you wont feel a thing" as theyre already inside my mouth drilling away, such liars I always feel everything! Not with Dr Kupetz tho, he was great, I didnt feel a thing! Score #3. I didnt have the pleasure of meeting the staff since it was an emergency procedure but how could such an amazing, kind and genuine Dr/person have a less than stellar staff to work with. I would definitely recommend Dr Kupetz!!

I was in Dutchess County visiting a friend over 4th of July weekend. I woke up with horrible tooth/gum pain. It was Sunday and I couldnt reach my dentist or event the one I had used in an emergency before. I saw Dr. Kupetz in the directory and he received great reviews. I called the emergency number and got his service. He called me back though he was out of state and I was not his patient. He was very kind and concerned. Asked questions to be sure he understood the issue, then said he would call in an antibiotic. It turned out to be a root canal but the antibiotic worked and by the next day, I was not in pain. My current dentist said the antibiotic saved time in treatment since she didnt have to wait for infection to clear. Dr. Scott was great. I will switch to his care when I move to the area. (My previous dentist was never able when I had an emergency.) He was compassionate, available and knowledgeable. Thanks, Dr. Scott!

My family has been going to Dr. Kupetz for over 20 years. Ive never had a bad experience with him. He has consistently gone above and beyond and has been an amazing dentist. I recently had to have root canal surgery and he he came in on a Sunday all the way from New Jersey during a snow storm to fit me in. He consistently provides top notch quality service. Donna, my Dental Hygienist for the last 17 years, is incredible. She always makes me feel comfortable and weve developed a close relationship over the years. Dawn, the office manager is great at fitting us in (despite my familys crazy schedule) and is really helpful when it comes to our insurance. I would highly recommend them, because even though I no longer live in the area, I still come up from NYC to have Dr. Kupetz as my dentist.

My family have been going to Dr. Scott For over 20 years. My wife has needed extensive work. He has always been extremely patient and expert in taking care of us. My wife;s teeth are now excellent. He is a perfectionist (so dont always expect a quick visit if that is all you want) and will send back items to the lab if he does not think the color is right. We have never had any adverse reactions to any of the work he has done including root canals. If necessary he will make special hours to take care of a problem. Donna, the Dental Hygienist is amazing, and Dawn, the office manager is great at arranging appointments totally knowledgeable about insurance. In total they treat us like family.

My Family and I are new patients of Dr. Scott. Our Son has Down Syndrome and because of past negative experiences it was difficult to get him to go to the dentist. From the moment he walked through the door of Dr. Scotts office he asks to go back there. Dr Scott and his Team of dedicated, attentive and caring professionals, welcome you like family and genuinely have your interests at heart. They spend as much time and patience with you as needed to ensure a positive experience. Dr. Scott, Donna, Marie, Dawn, Missy and Denise have gone above and beyond our expectations. The other day I had accident during my basketball game and which caused my front left tooth to fracture at the gum line leaving the nerve exposed. One of the first phone calls I made were to Dr. Kupetz and that was easily when of the best decisions I have ever made. In just a few short hours Dr Kupetz was able to fix my teeth and it looks just like the way it was. I would highly recommended the services of Dr Kupetz to anyone who needs emergency dentistry. He is very nice guy, who makes your experience at the dentist the best it could possibly be. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and was not experiencing any pain. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Kupetz taking care of you.

Ive been coming here over the past 11 years. Dr.Scott and his staff always make you feel welcomed.I always hated going to dentist till coming here, Donna is extremely sweet and amazing at cleaning your teeth. Your gums dont feel swollen and sore next day like I have experienced in past. Never had a problem getting a emergency appt. Dawn does her best to fit you in. Dr.Scott keeps me pain free and my smile looking amazing.

I recently had root canal and had a positive experience at this office. I would recommend them to family and friends. They were able to accommodate my schedule because of their late night on Monday. Both Dr. Kupetz and Donna the hygienist were so calming due to my high anxiety getting dental work done. Dawn at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable with my dental insurance questions.
