If you are new to the area and are looking for a pediatric dentist, stop looking because you have found the place. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely the most professional facility I have ever brought my children to, and thats medical, dental, Im counting anywhere. The staff is amazing, beginning with the front desk. I am active duty military and my insurance changed which I completely forgot about until I got 2 feet in front of the window. Guess who didnt forget? The friendly staff there and not only had they not forgotten but they had already taken the initiative to change it over for me. Talk about customer service! In addition, I had two separate appointments on two separate weeks scheduled for my sons, and they called me one day to let me know an appointment had opened up so that the appointments could be back to back instead of separate, which saved me a lot of time. Their attention to detail is absolutely amazing, and thats just the clerical staff! The dental hygienists are so good with the kids, no one is ever crying, everyone is always laughing and comfortable, the environment is kid friendly, there are movies to watch on each chair to distract the kids from the dental work, they have fun sunglasses, I could go on and on for hours about the steps they take to make the kids feel at home there, its so amazing. Last but certainly not least, there is Dr. Andrew. He is outstanding. He is professional, tells you what needs to be done, is a straight shooter, works quickly, and is an amazing pediatric dentist. He managed to put two stainless steel caps on the back two molars of my drama queen child that didnt so much make a peep, it was a miracle :-) In all seriousness, it you need a pediatric dentist, make an appointment to see Dr. Andrew Beuttenmuller and his staff at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry. You will be so glad that you did!

My Son, 7 broke his toothe and we were referred to Watertown Pediatric Dentistry. My motherinlaw took him in bc i was not able to and she had nothing but the kindest things to say. The actual appointment made for the procedure needing to be done of course I accompanied my Son. This environment was the MOST PROFESSIONAL environment and kindest and warmest Ive EVER encountered being here over three years. Our appointment was at 4:10 and we did have to wait almost a hour but we were informed that they were running behind and we had the option to reschedule. Because of the severity of my Son toothe, I waited. Dr. Andrew A. Beuttenmuller was the kindest man and apologized for the wait and was so kind to my Son and the dental assistant that worked with him. They were so reassuring to my Son who is very sensitive that he was going to be okay and they were there to help him and not hurt him. When the doctor saw that he was getting uncomfortable, he stopped and asked my Son if he was okay. He also pulled me to the side with his recommendations and I was so thrown back by his kindness and that his number one priority was my Son well being. Ive honestly have never written a review because after one visit the second go around was not the same. This place is amazing and with the great people there, this place will obtain more customers. I would recommend this place to anyone. AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE

Dr. Andrews office is beautiful with its train that runs along the entire office (from the ceiling) and flat screen t.v.s that are hung over the examination chairs. My daughter looks forward to going to Dr. Andrew so that she can get a toy from the toy machines at the end of the visit and watch a bit of a Disney movie while in the waiting room and then in the examination chair. Dr. Andrew is extremely kind and patient with families and children. When we had our first appointment, I needed to bring my 1 week old baby with us. Dr. Andrews staff was extremely kind and offered me their recovery room (which was not occupied at the time) so that I could nurse the baby in private. We had arrived at the office late that day due to the baby needing diaper changes along our trip from Potsdam, but the office was still able to see us. They continually apologized to me for keeping us waiting that day. But it was me, that should have been apologizing to them because we were 45 minutes late. The recovery room is very comfortable with a rocking bed/couch and a flat screen t.v. Since then, we have had two more visits and I have arrived on time for these and the wait times are nonexistant. This is a very wonderful and well managed office with very kind staff and a beautifully kid friendly decorated office space.

I found this place through google and read so many glowing reviews that I decided to make an appointment for my boys. By far the best experience at a dentist office. My kids had such a wonderful time that they are actually begging me to come back! I dont usually write reviews as I am very hard to please and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by absolutely everything about our visit. The waiting area is clean and inviting with plenty of seats and activities to keep the little ones occupied and entertained, although we didnt wait long at all. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. The examination rooms are clean and very state of the art (there are monitors at the foot of the examination chair for the kids to watch during their procedures, genius!) Even the "prizes" at the end of the visit are kept in dispensers that the little ones can spend their "token" they are given. I am so glad I was able to find such a wonderful place. Keep up the amazing job Dr. Beutenmuller and staff!

We have taken our son Eben, now 4 years old, to "Dr. Andrew" (everyone has trouble with his last name for some reason) at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry since he was three. We all love it there, including Eben. Who would have thought that a kid would actually look forward to going to the dentist and enjoy it?! "Dr. Andrew" and the staff are professional yet so friendly and down-to-earth that we almost feel as if we were just stopping by to visit close friends. "Dr. Andrew" has definitely found his true calling, because he has an excellent way with kids, but is extremely thorough and applies his expertise with genuine concern for your childs teeth. He is always very informative to the parents, so we always know exactly what is happening right now at the current appointment and in the long term. I give Watertown Pediatric Dentistry and "Dr. Andrew" five stars, and strongly recommend him to any parent wanting the best care for their childs teeth.

We love Dr Andrew and most of the staff here! The office is always clean and smells nice. My kids always look forward to the big train that makes its ways through the walls and rooms! I have only two complaints. The front desk staff are not very friendly or welcoming. My biggest complaint is that when Dr Andrew is out they do not inform the patients or parents of that. We didnt have a great experience with the female dr and have asked not to see her, but when I took my kids in today (I had told my kids they would see dr Andrew) she came in to do their exam. Drs are not interchangeable. If our dentist is not in, I want our appt rescheduled. My 3yo was crying and said he had to potty and she didnt take him seriously, so he had a slight accident in his pants and Im furious. If we werent already leaving, I would be taking my complaints further. Sad that one staff member can ruin an entire experience for my kids.
