Horrible experience. I had a 7am appointment and was made to wait 3 and a half hours for the doctor to arrive at 1030 with no explanation or apology. I then had to wait in another waiting room for over an hour. The nurse who took my medical history forgot to ask if I was on medication or had health issues, which I had both. The staff was cold and I was treated as a number in a factory. While I was hysterical crying I heard the staff talking about their personal lives and laughing. The waiting room had approximately 30 women waiting for the doctor to arrive and the tv was blasting rap music videos. The doctor made no attempt to speak personally with me, he asked my name and age and that was it. I was scared about the cleanliness and quality of health care I was about to receive. It was the worst medical experience I have ever had and if you are able to afford to go elsewhere I would highly recommend looking into other options. I have written several letters to the leaders of planned parenthood.

They refused to take my staples out after my c section because I missed two doctors appointments due to a emergency family situation doctor said go to where ever u was getting prenatal care at now suppose I get a infection dont come here for prenatal care

Checking in felt like checking into a prison. Concrete walls, locked doors and not to mention you can not get into the office or check in without presenting an ID. After waiting an hour a clamp was just inserted without a warning.... was pleasant.

My best friend came here and waited almost 3 hours, the nurse apparently gave the wrong medication, if you have no insurance you can pay up to $120 JUST by walking in.

Very rude, argumentative staff that desperately need customer service and sensitivity training. Really brings down the overall mission of planned parenthood.
