I have been going to Dr. Duggal for years. Dr. Duggal and her hygienists are awesome. They are kind and caring, as well as understanding. Her team fabulous with kids! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars, the hours are not very flexible, usually on 9-4 M-Th, and it is hard to make appointments with my work schedule, as well as I can see the tension with the office staff. I put that aside because I really love the dentist and she is very gentle.

The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Every time I made an appointment for my daughter they called a week before her appointment to cancel, pushing it even further out. When I said I was going to find another dentist, the receptionist didnt even try to make it right. Horrible horrible customer service.

Here with my mom right now and everyone is so sweet, especially with my mom being afraid of the dentist. They take the time to make you comfortable. Plus they always do a great job!
