I have a client for more than 20 years. It was a great place with courteous and knowledgeable staff. But soon after they moved from Prospect Street I noticed some serious declines in service. The sales staff are rude and lazy! If I werent a former lead ophthalmic technician for Lenscrafters I would get sucked in by what is passing for service. Its deplorable. I once lost my daughters insurance card and I Derek new ones. In the interim, she broke her glasses and needed new one ASAP. I explained the situation to the sales clerk, (who was by the way lounging in a chair on the phone) but told her I had all the necessary ID to prove who I was and she could check in the system to see if glasses were covered for her. She annoyed by my interruption said rudely, she would need the card. Then went back to her conversation. I took my daughter to their competitor down the street who only required ID, the 4 of her social and her current glasses to get her prescription. Too bad they will lose many customers that way. Customer service means customers needs first. Lesson of business...

Very friendly once you come in but a bunch of scam artists! I have coverage for exam, frames and any lenses with my insurance. After the quick eye exam my daughter and I were asked to pick out frames- my daughter was told to pick out 2 pairs as the had a back to school sale, after being charged for a portion of the exam lenses and outrageous prices for the frames I was charged almost 1800$!!! To my great surprise I declined the purchase and requested my prescriptions, they refused to give it to me...ensuring they could "work" with me on pricing... After about 20 mins of discussion they took off the free pair and the price dropped to $642!

Today was my first visit with them, as for right now they were courteous and respectful. I was a walk-in and they tended to me in a timely manner and were helpful in deciding what frames would look good on me. Experience so far was great. When I go to pick up my glasses we will see if anything changes. Leaving room to either go up in rating or down.

Ive been a customer for years. Their service has declined. Staff are rude and very lazy. The new doctor is a quack. One of the workers appears to be on drugs. Takes weeks to receive frames that youve purchased. Prices change yearly. This will be my last time conducting business with them!

Horrible!!!! Dont ever go there! After they take your money! for overpaid glasses even those the script is wrong they wont give you a refund to go somewhere else. Money wasted! Stay out........ unless you like to waste money on crap.

I have been a Customer at Vision Work for a very long time. The staff are very professional, attentive and informative. Prices are resonable along with great variety of glasses. I highly recommend this place!!

The service is awful, rude when asked simple questions and does not accept a variety of insurances. There is another vision area a few steps away that deserves your business.
