9/30/2016 Update. Was scheduled to have an implant. Today. Will cancel appointment. I am completely done with this place! They have the absolute worst office staff I have ever seen. They just cant do better! The worst office staff ever so unprofessional! Where the hell do they get these people from? The Fishskill office manager Angela, is the worst, she is completely unprofessional. It is so disappointing. I dont mind the dentist but where on earth do they pull their support staff from? I am not even upset I am perplexed. The Fishskill office manager Angela can never take my calls to address her constant billing errors but she is always available to take a call to chew someone out over the most absurbed things. She is inept. They should hire a staffing company to recruit for their admin positions. These people need better vetting. The Yorktown office I think has gotten a little better. They got rid of most of the awful office personnel from the past, so there is at least some improvement. However overall unfortunate patient handling. They dont appear to appreciate their patients. I am evaluating my options. I have referred several people to County Dental I most regret the gesture. The office staff would lead people to go elsewhere for treatment. If this were a medical office with an MD or a DO practice they would scarcely be able to survive, patients would never return. This was partly why I initially stop going here over 2 years ago.

This group was proven rotten from the office all the way in to the chair. We went because they were a seemingly reliable group that took my UFT insurance. They would not allow me to deliver them X-rays I had available and stated they must take more for their sigital database (ploy to bill insurance and make money with no consideration to the patients overall exposure to radiation). I was in a bind so I relented. They then attempted to do far more work than was needed (claimed unneeded old fillings redone when they were literally 3 weeks old) and tried to deny me wisdom tooth removal with their surgeon because they dont like the insurance terms theyve agreed to. Fast forward to the removal and he had me in and out in 5 minutes. THEY THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO CLAIM THE TOOTH WAS IMPACTED WHICH MY INSURANCE DOESNT COVER. He quite literally used what looked like an ice pick and wrench and tore the teeth out, there is no way to claim impaction. I refused to pay and threatened suit. They stopped bothering us because they know they have the X-rays (and so do I). After, they bullied my wife to shell out 300 dollars to them when she stopped in for an unrelated visit. Weve left them and I will forever be suspicious of dental and medical groups (yup, looking at you CareMount) due to the for profit mentality overwhelming any and all care for the patient.

Terrible experience with root canals and 2 crowns. After 6 months of continuing discomfort and problems with my crowns I had to go back to my previous dentist because I could no longer trust the quality of care I was receiving. I still have discomfort in one of the teeth that had a root canal, so I will have to have that procedure "undone" and the root canal redone. Additionally 2 independent dentists have examined the crowns I had put in by County Dental and they state they are too large and poorly fitted... I had to have my bite realigned and may have to have the crowns completely redone!!! Could not caution people more to go to another dentist - dental office.

They overcharge always check your bill with your insurance company and they dismiss patients when they have a disagreement with treatment or an appointment any thing negative in the office youre also dismissed as a patient and your time it isnt as important as theres They can make you wait for almost an hour before youre seeing typically also if you check your bill the dentist youre seeing is in the dentist that they billet under

My daughter had complications after a supposedly routine procedure. I was unable to reach anyone via the "emergency"number the entire weekend. After multiple calls, someone called me Sunday night at 11pm. I am really outraged by the disdainful and NEGLECTFUL treatment I have received from this schlock company.Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dentist, and not this Kmart outfit.

they love unnecessary X-rays, i feel terrible because the first time i went there, i brought my kids, and they lit them up with X-rays. my kids have clean teeth, no issues, but they insist upon X-rays. why??? they are money-hungry. they wouldnt do a cleaning for me because i refused X-rays. i dont trust them the least bit and neither should you

Excellent dentistry. It provides high level service. You see the same hygienist and dentist for scheduled appointments and have the benefit of a large number of professionals so you can be seen quickly if you have an emergency. Everyone is eager to help and the schedulers are patient in working around your schedule, even when its a bit crazy

Sad to say the office staff is very unprofessional. They cancelled an appointment I had scheduled months earlier only an hour before I was to get there and were unapologetic and inflexible about rescheduling. I decided to go elsewhere. If I could give it no star I would have. My experience dealing with them was that poor.
