My friend had an appointment for wisdom teeth removal surgery here a couple fridays ago. We arrived at 930AM for his 10AM appointment and by 11AM, when we asked how much longer the wait was, we were told that the previous surgery was taking a long time and that "you just never know with surgeries". About every hour or so somebody would pop out to tell us it would be "just a few more minutes". He was not admitted until 230PM. The surgery was fast and went well but an appointment is an appointment and a 4.5 hour delay is simply unprofessional.

Traveling thru and needed emergency treatment. The manager assisted me with applying for care credit. I got my tooth fixed same day without hastle. The entire staff was extremely friendly. Stephenie, the hygenist, even took x-rays to speed up my visit. Will recommend this office to my friends who live in the area. So glad my friends who live in this area recommended Castle Dental
