Called several times to make an appointment. They have terrible customer service. They picked the phone up and hung right back up or put me on hold as soon as they answered. I stayed on hold for 10 mins, they finally answered and put me right back on hold before I could even say anything. After an hour of trying to get someone on the phone, simply to make an appointment, i gave up and called Cox. Got an answer right away from a that was more than happy to take my call and book an appt to bring in money. I cannot speak for their animal care but because of horrible customer servicefriendly, helpful person, they lost this "would be" customer. They were my first call! Good luck to anyone trying to get these people on the phone.

Blue Bonnet has been our dedicated veterinarian for a couple years. Dr. French is very concise and professional. This place is generally very busy, so getting someone on the phone can be tougher than expected, but once you are in the door you are treated with professionalism and kindness.

My dog (Tater) is 5 and he has been going to Bluebonnet for at least 4 years of his life. They are the best. I also use their boarding facilities and I have never been disappointed with that either. Wouldnt take my pup anywhere else.

Every time I have ever used them they are nice, friendly, and seem to have good pricing. They are conveniently located near 65, and I would recommend traveling from local areas like Clanton, Thorsby, or Calera to use this clinic...
