My wife took our dog to Dr. Graham twice in one week to be checked out and he diagnosed the dog with two different ailments. We paid the Dr a total of $120 and found out nothing about our dog. Then the next week when my wife was out of town and the dog was at my aunts house while I was at work, the dog need attention again. My aunt took the dog to the vet again. The Dr then said the dog needed surgery at a specialist and that would cost $2000-3000 and that the dog needed to stay overnight. The next day when I went to pick up the dog to get a second opinion Grahams office charged me $110. I said that I had already had paid them $120 and the Dr. did not do anything and that I was not going to pay and I walked out of the office. In hind sight that was probably not the best thing to do. As I waked to my car, Dr. Graham came running out yelling and calling me names. He stood behind my car and tried to keep me there, then he tried to open up my car door to pull me out of the car. He then pounded his fist against my window and said, "Get out and fight me you Son of a B@#&*". I felt like Dr. Graham did not take my wife seriously in the ailment of our dog and I felt like he talked down to me when I was talking to him about the dog and wanted to take the dog home. I had no idea that Dr. Graham would become such a monster in the parking lot and try to attack me and my car. I will never go back to his office.

I drive all the way from Smyrna to come here. These guys are truly amazing. And price wise, they blow other vets out of the water. If youre treating your cat/dog for worms/fleas, most places will charge you a butt load just to see you, not to mention what they will charge for meds! A lot of places want stool samples and to have them tested before they will treat your animals too, which is time consuming and costly. These guys dont charge you for anything but the meds (when it comes to worms and fleas) and will even give your kittos or pups the pills so you dont have to. Over the counter stuff from Petsmart/pet I, etc never worked for me, so when it came to deworming and ridding them of fleas, I brought them here and paid a FRACTION of what all other vets quoted me. They weighed them, gave them the proper dose, I paid and was out the door. I havent seen a work or flea since! They always work with me to find the best, most affordable way to do things and that means the world to someone on a tight budget, like myself. We need more vets like Graham! Cant say enough great things about them!

My dog walked into Graham Animal Clinic on September 2 for a suture removal on her front right leg. She showed no signs or symptoms of lameness, limping, limited mobility. She could walk, go up and down stairs, and jump up to give you a lick in the face if you were sitting down next to her. During the suture removal, Dr. Durlin and her assistant had to restrain Emma. Emma screamed out in pain during the process. Emma couldnt walk after that. She cant go up and down stairs. She cant hop around. The diagnosis was a ruptured CCL in her hind right leg. Emmas CCL was ruptured in the arms of a Graham Animal Clinic employee under direct supervision of Dr. Durlin. Dr. Durlin and Andrea Graham refuse to cover the cost of the CCL treatment now required for Emma. Do NOT send your pets to this facility. Dr. Louis Graham would be ASHAMED. Update 9/14/17: Graham Animal Clinic called my employer to complain about this public review I left. So, not only do you risk injury to your pet, but if you try to leave a negative review of their service... they will call your boss! HA!

My husband and I moved to Hendersonville just a few months ago and hadnt yet looked into a new vet for our 12 year old poodle. However, after spending a whole night up with her while she was seriously ill we knew we had to find a vet asap. I read the reviews here for Graham Animal Clinic and called at once. They had me bring her in immediately and Dr. Graham left a surgery to treat her. She was indeed very ill but the compassion both he and his staff showed us were out of this world. After lots of tests, IV fluids, and take-home medicine she is on the mend and I am so incredibly thankful for the way my dog and I were treated in the clinic. Dr. Graham went out of his way to explain procedures and treatments and the technicians were so sweet with our frightened and sick baby. I cant say enough good things about our experience! *I will also add that after having our dog treated at vet clinics in several states and overseas for various illnesses, I was prepared for a huge bill for this vet visit. It was about 1/3 of the price Id expected to pay!

I wanted to share with everyone our experience with Dr. Graham. Recently, we had to have our little dog Rose put to sleep (a Jack Russell we had for almost 14 years). Dr. Graham came to our house to do it. She died very peacefully in my fathers arms. She never woke up and never made a sound. Dr. Graham wrapped her in her blankets and prepared her for burial, so we wouldnt have to do it. I think that might have been the most difficult thing for us to do. I cannot thank Dr. Graham enough for his kindness and thoughtfulness during a very sad time! He has looked after both of our dogs for several years and has always been very affectionate toward them. He has shown us that he has a lot of patience, kindness, knowledge and experience and that he also enjoys being a vet. All of his staff are the same way. Our family wouldnt dream of taking our animals to another vet.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Graham since 1991 and we couldnt ask for a better or more caring person to take care of our pets. He is knowledgeable and has treated each of the 5 dogs we have taken to him over the years with loving kindness and professional care that they needed. He has never given us a reason to doubt his judgement and we trust him completely. If we take one dog in, he always asks about the other by name and is always up to the minute on any condition that might be effectting one of the dogs. Our two Labs couldnt bein better hands, and we are thankful that we are fortunate enough to have Dr. Graham to care for our treasured dogs. Frank McCoy and Kathy Harris

After we got our dogs back after boarding they hadnt had a bath. We called and requested that one of the dogs nails get cut while we were out and they said that they couldnt do it. 2 days after we left we got a phone call saying that one of them had worms and they would walk them separate and treat the dog that had them. We come back 7 days later and they still didnt know which had worms. I wouldnt suggest this vet to ANYONE! RIP to dr graham
