Been using these vets since around 2009. Always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I have called there several times just to ask questions and they have always answered my questions. I took my elderly Boxer there and Great Dane and Chocolate Lab and they were so understanding and careful with my babies and really took time to answer all my concerns. When my Dane was diagnosed with bone cancer they were so sympathetic and gave my all of my options and even went as far as to help arrange with the chemo treatments arrangements and even transportation if I needed help with that. I would highly recommend these wonderful vets to anyone. We still use these wonderful people today. They are in my book the best around. And even the girls and guys at the front desk are Wonderful too. Amy you rock!!

The ark staff is very very rude. The doctors are also very ignorant. In the past we had a dog that was misdiagnosed and ended up dying. They beat around the bush about treating our animals and have to send everything off to Montgomery to get analyzed and by the time they get results back its too late. I would not recommend this vet office to anyone. You have been warned.

These vets and vet techs are professional, caring, patient, and intelligent! They recommend treatment options as if each patient were their own animal, and they clearly communicate with the "parent". Ive been taking my animals here since 2010 and make the drive from Prattville since I moved. Theyre just marvelous and the best vet clinic around!

I would highly recommend the Ark. Great group, they have taken care of my Sheltie for 18 years and counting. Some of the most caring people you will ever meet, especially Dr. Day. And they dont charge a fortune and try to sell you the latest dog trend or treat.

They have awesome vets there that care about your pets as much as you do. One of our dogs passed away the end of February and they sent me a card saying that they were sorry for my loss. I have never known a vets office to do that.

No appointment needed! Wait time is typically less than your doctors office where you had an appointment! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly.
