I took my dog in this week for her yearly physical and yearly shots. The first issue I have is that the shots were never given to her in front of the owner so you can’t confirm that they were done. Second it is her yearly physical: eyes, heart, breathing, joints, ears weren’t checked as far as I know because they weren’t done in front of me. She is still young but if I am paying $207.00 for her yearly check up I would think she would actually get checked. Not she looks good and seems health. Don’t we all get a yearly physical to prevent further issues even as children? The staff is nice but dogs don’t live long and get issues faster than humans. Therefore I would think that someone would actually check her. Just my thought.

Dr. Sweeley and his staff are wonderful. We have gone to West Clay Animal Hospital for the last 6 years since moving to Carmel. I never feel rushed when I talk with Dr. Sweeley and I feel like he always gives top notch treatment to our dog. We are usually to get in for an appointment in a timely manner, and always quickly when we have an emergency.

We have taken our two beloved pets to a couple of vets and Carmel Clay have far been the best. They are caring and give sound, practical advice about your pets. The best news are that they are close to our home, which is great since our dogs do not like riding in a car. If you love your pets, you should give them a try.
