I found a stray kitten and took it home. After a couple of days, she had some swelling and I noticed a large open wound. After looking at it, I knew right away she needed a vet. I called 96th street for the first time and I was greeted by Jenn who did a wonderful job of finding time to bring her as well as answer any and all questions I had. I arrived at the hospital and the lounge area was very calm and had separate areas for dog and cat owners. While filling out a form which took just a minute, they took a look at the kitten and informed me that she needed stitches and gave me the quote, which was very reasonable. Dr. Fletcher worked with me to get the operation day same day and I couldnt have been happier. She truly cares for the animals and found time on such short notice to help. I will definitely be a repeat customer and if I ever have any problems with kitty, I feel completely confident that that Dr. Fletcher and her staff will do their best to help.

We have been clients of Michigan Road Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The support staff are exceptionally friendly and take the time to connect with you on a personal level. The Vets are also the best I have ever encountered. Dr. Hurd has treated our dogs the whole time and provided excellent care. He has been willing to go above and beyond exploring treatment options for our dogs. We have been extremely happy with the care we have received at Michigan Road Animal Hospital and would not think of taking my dog anywhere else.

I took my dog in to have some major dental work done and the staff was absolutely amazing. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, but they exhibited a genuine love for the animals that came in their doors and they made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I even got TWO follow-up calls asking about my dog, making sure he was okay and recovering well. Needless to say I immediately switched pet care providers and am now a proud member of the Michigan Rd Animal Hospital family.

I am also a big fan of Dr. Fletcher. I had to put my dying cat to sleep last year. She and her very capable assistant Caleb helped get me through this most difficult time with their caring, and professional manner. Yesterday I took my other cat in for a check up. I was worried something might be wrong with her mouth. Dr, Fletcher checked Gabby out and gave her a perfect report for health. Staff at front desk is always friendly and helpful. I drive from Carmel to go here.

Ive been taking my sweet little guy (dog) to the Michigan Rd Animal Hospital at 96th St for over five years. They have the friendliest staff (they act like they are genuinely glad to see you and that they care about your pet). The doctors there are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Fletcher is the best vet I have ever dealt with when it comes to explaining what is going on. She tries hard to put you and your pet at ease while visiting. We love her!

I really love this place! They are always super nice and really worked with me when my puppy broke her leg! I couldnt afford all the X-rays and surgeries so they found an alternate way to get her healed! Everyone is super nice and understand that Im a first time puppy owner!
