Dr. Sweat and her staff from the office manager to Elizabeth at the front desk to all the technicians that work with each patient you could not receive any better customer service. I had visited several places to get dentures and I had a budget to work with. Aspen staff worked with me and made it affordable for me to do so. They work quickly at getting your smile back but do not sacrifice quality. You are treated like a customer and they make sure you are 100% satified as well as do whatever it takes to accomplish this. I will tell everyone about Aspen and their staff and that for all of your dental needs there may be some dental offices out there but Aspen Dental is just for me.

My visit was one of courtesy, professnalism, and extremely thorough. Once entering the office, I was given paperwork to complete. I was asked to arrive a few minutes early I did. After completing the paperwork. I was off to x-ray which was explained and completed in a timely manner. After this I saw three other professionals. All knew there profession and were very nice to me the entire time. I felt quite comfortable thoughout the entire process. I left the office with information and the breakdown of everything concerning my case. An hour exactly after I arrived. Im sold wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company to every one.

My lower Acrylic partial Denture broke into two pieces, requiring repairs. Aspen re-attached the two pieces back together in such haste that the lower would not contact the upper teeth properly, & it also did not fit onto the lower mandible properly. In order to fix my now messed up lower Denture, I had to go to another Dentist to get things straightened out enough to eat. Even then, it does not fit properly, due to the bad workmanship Aspen did for me in reattaching the two pieces out of alignment. I do not recommend anyone having work done at Aspen Dental.

This place is ALL ABOUT SALES! Its a like a bad used car lot maskarading as a dentist office. Hygienist tells you one thing and a "dentist" comes in to give you a completely different scenario. If you have insurance, theyll add procedures that you dont even need. When you dont want to do what they diagnosed, they wont even see you for anything else, until you go through the high dollar "procedure". These people have a very sketchy vibe. If you want a trustworthy dentist...DO NOT GO HERE!

Theyre liars. My husband needed a tooth pull and i was told by the appointment lady that they would see, x-ray and pull today for $104. Once he got there they did x-ray but said it would be next tue before they could pull it. Hes in a lot of pain and suffered enough. The price would be a little over $300....what happened to the $104??? A complete scam stay away.They are too focus on financing. Hes currently at another office that will actually pull his tooth today.

Incompetent office staff. They set up my sons surgery under someone elses name so when the date finally came over a month later, the surgery was not performed and they couldnt find his file even though he has been a patient. This is after they charge $1400 for the surgery up front stating the insurance wouldnt pay for it all. We now have surgery scheduled for NEXT week at another dentist which insurance covers ALL of it.

Fast friendly and helpful! Thankful that the Pascagoula office couldnt fit me in for an emergency visit and the mobile office did! Also thankful that the dentist got me the right scripts to help with pain and inflammation until I get my tooth pulled next Friday! Very impressed with the professionalism of this office and Im again Im thankful Pascagoula couldnt fit me in!

Had terrible pain in a couple of bad teeth. Took very good care of me and explained that I would have to be on antibiotics for a few days to bring the swelling down before they could be pulled. Gave me pain meds, too. Day arrived, got to office.....was scared to death (as always ).....staff was very sweet and comforting. So was dentist. Highly recommend.

I rate ASPEN as a 5 Star. My mother has been to several dentist and was never completely satisfied. After going through a consultation with Dr. Houston. She was overwhelmingly satisfied with her options, his evaluation and the financial aspects of her visit. I would highly recommend Aspen to other people who , eare looking for a dentist.

Friendly staff answered all my questions and my options for first time denture wearer . I went on line before my visit and had all my paperwork and coupons for a new patient done. I didnt wait long I had a 2:00 appointment was about 15 minute wait. Office was very clean. I would recommend them .

I didnt have to wait long. The nice assistant that took x-rays was with me the entire time. Seen that my birthday was near and wished me a Happy Birthday. Dr Houston explained my options thoroughly. I plan to start my dental work ASAP. However the hygienist was a little rough.

Wait takes forever because the staff sit there and talk on their phones the whole time. They didnt even remember my husband hadnt been seen an hour after his appointment was supposed to be. We got there early. Its been almost 3 hours, and hes still not done yet.
