Ive had 2 bad experiences with sarell dental but this last one was awful. My boys have been going for 6 years too. This dentist was a male and he at first was very friendly and encouraging. He numbed my babies gums and the gave him a shot to numb him. I knew he would cry bc he did before. But the dentist said to him, why are you still crying, Im not even touching it anymore. Are you gonna cry or man up. Then the dentist started trying to loosen my babies tooth bc it had to be pulled. This part was ok, he was calm and the assistant was encouraging. Then he changed tools and began to pry and my baby screamed from the top of his lungs because he felt the pain. The dentist fusses at him saying its numb you dont feel anytginh!!

This place is terrible! The staff is very rude and they do not help you at all! I get that you have to wait at a dentists office but this place makes you wait 6 hours! I would recommend any other place but this one! Actually I would recommend not getting your teeth fixed at all than going to this place!! Send your kid to a decent dentist office!

Everytime I bring my daughter its always a pleasure, the staff is awesome and very caring, Ive recommended them to many friends and they have changed dentist to come here.
