My son, a freshman, 7 hours away from, chipped his front two teeth. He asked the dentist to just repair/bond them to hold him until he can get home. His aunt is his dentist and could take care of the rest. The dentist was insistent on wanting him to have over a thousand dollars worth of treatment. I spoke with(& showed x-rays)to other dentists & endodontist. After seeing them they all agreed he did not need a double root canal, crown etc... he was not in any pain. He spoke down to my son for what he had requested to be preformed. The tooth chipped off 6 hours after he bonded the tooth. My son had to go back two days later to have it repaired. The dentist was cocky and when finishing with the repair he didnt even shake my sons hand or have anything good to say when leaving the room. I think he was mad that we stood our ground and didnt let him run a new college student over the coals with his thousands of dollars worth of charges. I am a physician. I couldnt imagine taking advantage of a young college student and their families that are many hours away and not every family can come up with over a thousand dollars in an instant for something that can wait. Thankfully we had other professionals to guide us.

Long story, short...Had a few issues with them. #1 Lack of honesty #2 Lack of knowledge #3 Lack of care and concern Whispering and gestures among a few of the associates, when they were confronted about dental work. A crown job that took three hours over the estimated time, and as it turned out, had to have the crown taken off and replaced by another dentist, so I went through five hours of hell, for nothing more than two more hours of hell. Being charged more at check out, than what I was told it would cost. Filed a grievance with my insurance provider, and after their investigation, Capstone was advised to reimburse me. I havent even gotten a response from them, and it has been seven months.

Everything and everyone at Capstone Dental Care is phenomenal. Their service is fast and efficient and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get called back. I am usually in and out in less than an hour, even the last time when I had to have a filling. For my 6-month check-ups they give reminder calls early enough in advance to re-schedule if I need to. The back office and front office staff are incredibly helpful and nice. When I locked my keys in my car and went back in to see if I could wait in their office until someone could bring my spare keys, the front office staff was so helpful. They asked if I needed to use their phone to call someone and offered me water and coffee, amazing service! I just dont have enough great things to say about this office!

Changed dentist due to insurance and needed a filling, so I was told when I went for my appt. scheduled a time to come back for filing, only to come back a few days later with terrible tooth pain. Another X-ray and was told I needed a root canal. All that pain for the filing useless now having to go back in and get a root canal. Been back several times after my root canal and Im still in pain. Im not dentist but a root canal means there is no root, therefore I shouldnt still be in pain after almost 3 months later. Changing dentist and hope to get some answers. I didnt even get a chance to have my families appts because the trouble Ive had, I dont want them to experience it.

I really needed to dump my old dentist and was intrigued by the reviews for this one - after my visit today I can say they are 100% accurate. Everything was fast and efficient, the building and staff are plentiful to accommodate multiple patients at one time, so do not fret if you feel like you are in a sea of people in the waiting room. Dr. Bennett was thorough and informative - he showed me what he was talking about with a mirror as well as the x-ray, and took his time explaining areas of concern and why or how they occur. My dental hygienist (Stephanie!) was also fantastic. I did not feel rushed, shamed, or confused during this visit. I will definitely be back.

Best experience Ive ever had with a Dental Office. The front office was extremely accommodating for my schedule and quick to get me in and out. My Hygienist, Stephanie, was very friendly and efficient. After my cleaning, I was scheduled for a filling immediately after and the dentist was very through and quick. She made sure to let me know if I had any issues at all I needed to call her and they would take care of it immediately. I will be going back to them every time I need any dentist work.

Needed dental care immediately, and wanted an "all service" practice. This was GREAT!!! After being treated, ask for my records from my regular dentist to be transferred so I could use Dr. Bennett all of the time. Everyone was great in the office and I am ecstatic to find somewhere I feel comfortable and dont have to go all over town to get each step of care done. If you are one of those people who "hate the dentist", I think you would change your mind after being seen here.

My experience with CDC was beyond pleasant and if a trip to the dentist could be described as enjoyable, this would definitely qualify. =) Great, friendly people and a very relaxing and efficient atmosphere is what youll find here. The work they did was top notch and you can tell these people know what theyre doing. They take there time to do things the right way, right away and I highly recommend them to anyone, kids to adults.

Dr Bennett went far above and beyond for my daughter. Shes an Alabama student and Im 800 miles from home. He helped us out after she fell and cracked off 3 of her teeth. He is a very caring person! My daughter was impressed with him and his office. I will post again when we have the final result from the therapeutic and cosmetic work.
