If you want to have a hard time getting referrals and not haveany of your concerns properly addressed Dr. santos is perfect for you. We saw her twice about a referral. We never got either. The frustrating part was that she even tried to talk down to us about our responsibility on checking up on the referral. We did everything we had to do. Her office called to apologize because they never saw tbe referrals until i called them several times.she also seems to not want to touch children. She really shouldnt be a pediatrician. She is not kid friendly.

We were referred to Dr. Yip who takes care of my brother inlaws 5 children. All five kids loved him and now so does my husband and I, along with our little guy. We are new parents and Dr. Yip is so knowledgeable and informative but most of all kind. This being our first child we were, for the most part clueless. Hes helped to make us feel more confident in our parenting and we know when were there that our son is getting the best care. His nurse that helps him is also very knowledgeable. They make a great team!

We just saw Dr. Yip for our 3 day old infant check up. He was absolutely amazing! Made us feel comfortable and thoroughly answered all of our questions! We were back in the room within 5 minutes and Dr. Yip spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we were comfortable as new parents. In fact all the ladies in the office up front were wonderful too! I am happy we chose this practice as our babys pediatrician.

Dr. Santos failed to accurately disclose diagnostic results for our child which ultimately resulted in surgery being required in order to resolve the issue. This office has stopped communicating with me and refused remediation. The office manager even gave me kudos for writing a complaint letter as though she sees these types of errors on a regular basis. If you value your childs well being, avoid this office.

Showed up 15 min early waiting in a room till 30min past appointment with 2 children who hated waiting so long. They were not even busy. I supposed they think they have a captive clientele due to being in anthem. They need to learn what customer service really is. They don’t care we don’t care and we are excising our right to choose someone else.

Dr. Yip is amazing. He remembers my boys and highlights any previous visit issues before I do. He always takes his time with them. Great front office staff that helped me sort out all kinds of things with a new baby being added to our insurance.

Angel Pediatrics has the best service and doctors. Our daughter sees Dr. Jackson and she loves him. He is great with her. We highly recommend them to everyone!
