I like the pediatrician Dr.Schwan she is good with children. Theres only one problem those twins that work there as medical assistants or whatever their roles are, are rude! Well one of them is. It is unacceptable to show no empathy to my concerns and cut me off and interrupt me while I am explaining those concerns and not apologize. Not to mention the least but she hangs up on me while I am talking. I dont need none of that I really hope the pediatrician sets a corrective plan for them or I am leaving to another office.

She doesnt even deserve one star. She has repeatedly ignored our concerns with our son and refused to do a test for RSV which caused us to waste gas going there just to go to the er which we were trying to avoid by going to her office. I will NOT be returning for his 4 month check up being as I will be moving to Kentucky and going to the pediatric practice in my old home town. Thanks for all the free formula though. Only plus side to going there.

New Beginnings is a wonderful practice. Dr. Schwan has always been amazing to my little guy as well as my husband and I. We know she will take the time to answer our questions and make sure we understand what goes on in our sons care. Very friendly staff, clean and colorful exam rooms. We are pregnant again and would never consider going to anyone else!
