This is the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever come across. Ever! I brought my son in for a possible autism diagnosis and the associate Dr. was convinced he had a random unrelated syndrome. He flipped the lights on and off and said "See, fluorescent lights affect him, he must have this syndrome." I noticed absolutely no difference with lighting and my son. Ever. He insisted this for most of the visit, ignoring all my concerns about the real reason I brought him in. Halfway through the testing he finally started to listen to me and that is when Dr. Jordan came in. He would ask me a question, then while I was answering his question, he would cut me off by raising his voice and snapping at me. I finally had to tell him that I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me (a paying CUSTOMER). It left me almost in tears at how rude he was. At other times during the appointment with the associate Dr. he interrupted my sons assessment by barging in the room three times to ask how to dial a phone number on a smart phone. He literally could not have a conversation with me because of lack of social skills. His clothes were dirty, like days old dirty with lunch spilled on them from who knows when. His behavior convinced me that he was literally cursed with absolutely no manners whatsoever in addition to his utter lack of regard for his patients, professionalism, and for the practice of medicine. What a horrible Doctor. I am a special needs therapist and have worked many years and hours with special needs children and adults and he clearly should have a diagnosis himself. His office was dirty, and the chairs were old and torn. I was scared to let my child play with anything. The staff was indifferent and rude. Oh my goodness, I thought I had woken up into a nightmare, but it was actually happening. I left with a load of bloodwork orders to test a myriad of unrelated syndromes that consequently went in the trash. Then a few weeks later I received a letter diagnosing my son with SPD and a developemental delay. I dont care how desperate you are, dont waste your life by going to this place.

If it was possible to put zero stars I would have! This guy is the biggest jerk. My son was already diagnosed with SPD - Sensory Processing Disorder. However, while we waited about 8+ months to get in for our one and ONLY appointment, we had taken our son to SCNM. The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. They did a a food sensitivity test. Dr. Baral found out our son was sensitive to gluten and low on Vitamin D. He also started him on probiotics and a homeopathic remedy called Tuberculinum for speech and growth. By the time we saw Dr. Jordan, my sons symptoms were mostly managed. He was a completely different kid. I kept the appointment because we had waited so long to get it, and I welcomed a 2nd opinion. I gave Dr. Jordan a brief history of what our sons symptoms had been, what we did, and how he was now different. He just kept saying, "Do you really believe taking wheat out of his diet made a difference? Prove it!" I told him, why yes, I do believe it, because within 2 weeks of eliminating wheat, my son could get words out. I cried though the whole appointment. And afterwards, Dr. Jordan said "A lot of parents dont like my approach. But I have a person on staff that was trained at SCNM, and if you would rather see them, you dont have to deal with me again, AND, it will be covered by your insurance." No thanks! Id rather pay out of pocket at SCNM and not support your business. Even though my son was still behind in his speech, Dr. Jordan recommended we do nothing until he turned 4 and if he wasnt up to speed by then, then worry about it. If I had listened to this doofus, we would have lost 2 years. My son had made great strides under the care of Dr. Baral/SCNM. Glad I went to them first!

Dr. Timothy W. Jordan is very polite, direct to the point and professional. I have a son having developmental delays for years we thought he had autism. So when we meet Dr. Jordan in his office he asked my son to sit on the table ask my son how is he doing and make interaction until my son gets comfortable with him. Dr. Jordan asked him to solve puzzle, there is this questions in his book to fill in the box with objects, asked my son to write his name in a piece of paper, and check inside his mouth if his tongue and tonsils are okay. Final result he is sure that my son is having speech delay (will start speech therapy for 52 weeks) and need to see a nutritionist. My son cant communicate thats why he is having behavior problems. Im pretty confident his assessment is accurate because couple of years ago my son seen a neurologist in Tucson, Az and the doctor say the same thing he is having speech delay, and this two doctors didnt know each other. Thank you Dr. Jordan for having us in your office and being so nice to I and my sister. All of our question and concerns was answered direct to the point and accurately. I know every case is different, we easily get frustrated because it is our loved one that are being assessed and sometimes we dont want to hear if the result doesnt sound so good. But Dr. Jordan is there to help and not to make harm, we always have an option for second opinion from another doctor if we would like. Dr. Jordan is the only developmental pediatrician that accepts ahcccs health choice for low income family like us. I can feel that he really like childrens and he cares for them. Communicate and listen with him in the nice way and wait for a good timing when we are asking questions.

HORRIBLE! I took my 3 year old son for testing. He did not listen to anything my mother or I said, he talked down to us like we were idiots, and kept getting upset when my son was not sitting perfectly in the chair. He gave my son a baby with a bath and bottle. My son refused to bathe the baby because there was no water and feed it because there was no food ( he thinks in logic and does not pretend play). My son is hypersensitive and notices every noice and action. The doctor was very rude when my son would ask what a noise was. He told us that my son had all the compoents of Autism, but because he looked at the doctor in the face it was not Autism. He said my son has a bad temperment and needs speech therapy( the only thing I agreed with was speech therapy). He said that we needed to place him on timeouts for 30 minutes in a room by himself. He told us to visit with his nutritionist. She was just as bad. She asked if we fed him oatmeal at least 20 times. She said he has a bad temperment because he does not get enough protein and suggested eggs. I told her that my son has a severe dairy and egg allergy, so she suggested cows milk! She told me several times to give him eggs. While reading the report he sent us home with, I saw that he lied about several things that we said or that my son did. We will NOT be going back and I do not reccomend him to anyone!
