I have been taking my children to Noahs Ark for 4 years now. We went to the location on 55th Ave and Northern. They recently closed that location and I just had a baby so I needed to take her in for her first doctors visit. Since the location on Northern was closed I had to take her into the location on 75th Ave and Bell. I called to set up an appointment but they could not get her in for 2 weeks since they apparently only have one doctor working at 75th and Bell. I booked the appointment 2 weeks out. I went in today for her appointment and was told that they needed to call the insurance company to verify coverage and if they could not verify coverage then I would have to pay for the appointment out of pocket (something they could have told me 2 weeks ago when I booked the appointment so I could make sure I had the money set aside). Of course the insurance office was closed and they could not verify our coverage. I did not have the money to pay up front so I told them to reschedule the appointment. Since there is only 1 doctor working at that location they did not have another appointment available until after January. By that time my daughter would be a month old and she is supposed to have her first appointment 3-5 days after being released from the hospital. I told them to forget it and I would find another doctor. I do not understand why the location on Northern was closed if they are so busy, I do not understand why they could not verify the coverage since I gave them all of the policy holders information I gave them my insurance card and my other 2 children have been there so they have that information in the system. It would have been smarter for them to see my child since she is 2 weeks late on her appointment anyways since they are so busy and then bill the insurance company and if it was kicked back they could have billed me so I could call the insurance company, but instead they have now lost 3 patients because I will not be taking any of my children back there. Kind of ridiculous when you need to wait 2 weeks+ to see a doctor...

All four of my children are patients of Dr. Lee, in all my years of going to pediatric offices and dealing with pediatricians this is by far the best office and best pediatrician my children have been to. Dr. Lee does not rush into the office room and rush out she always takes her time to listen and answer any questions. She also remembers topics we talked about at the last appointment even if that appointment was a year ago! The office staff is polite and I never have to wait more than five minutes to see Dr. Lee. If I need to call in an appointment and it is short notice they always manage to get the appointment in within a few days versus several weeks like other offices. Another plus is that I have never been misquoted on what I have to pay and never have recieved any bills later on for miscellaneous charges. Dr. Lee is amazing and so is everyone who works at this pediatric office, thank you for the excellent service every time.

Never going back to this office again, they missed diagnosed my son multiple times. They lost my sons blood work. Office manger called me a lier. Dr.Lee tried to tell office manager she never had a newborn screen done on my son. After two hours back and forth arguing and fighting on the phone. The office manager told me Dr.Lee apologizes she forgot to write it down in her notes and they found my sons report. Oh and to mention took almost a month for a referral for them to do and that was another argument when my son was about to be hospitalized because of them. I called my insurance and they stated they never got a referral from his peditrition office. Called them back spoke with office manager again explained what the insurance company told me and some how magically my referral was done. My son no longer goes to this office. Because of poor patient care. And rude front office staff.

No respetan la hora de las citas.... La cita de mi hija era 5:00 pm impunto y pasaron a Kien llego despues de nosotras y como me la hiba a llebar. Dijieron ke ya le tokaba y hasta las 6:00pm la comenzaron a atender... 6:16 pm sali de ahi Y eso ke mi hija No tenia caries.. :O:O yano llege a mi trabajo y me corrieron.. I am so angry right now. Took my son to see Dr. Lee yesterday because he had an ugly rash well it turns out he was positive for strep. Waited to hear from my pharmacy and never got called because they never received prescription for his antibiotics. Called first thing this morning they said they said thwy would call me back Ive called the pharmacy 4 times to see if they received prescription and they havent called Dr. Lee after each time and i keep getting the same well call you back. I have 3 other kids in my house and this thing is contagious but i cant even treat it.....

My kids have been going to Noahs Ark for many years. Once Dr. Milagro Gonzalez left it hasnt been the same. Just a few days ago we took my daughter for a visit. I have to say I was very unhappy. The Dr was asking questions and decided to slip in some gun questions. My first thoughts was "What does this have to do with my child being sick?" This is reason enough for me to end our relationship with Noahs Ark. What a shame. Will be looking for a Doctor that cares about my child not how many guns I have!

I love Dr Lee and the staff they are always really friendly and helpful I take my 3 kids here and arent planning on changing. Its really hard to find a Dr like her she takes her time and doesnt rush the appointment and they always manage to get our kids in same day when its a sick visit. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of the after hours nurse line they never call back which can be frustrating with a sick baby and your not sure what to do.

Dr. Lee always takes great care of my 3 kids. I feel very comfortable with my kids being under her care. She really cares and interacts with the children as well as helps me better understand everything thats going on with my kids. I would recommend her to my family and friends for sure.

We had a great experience here. The whole staff was great . From the greeting to the nurses and doctors. They made my 5yr feel comfortable about her shots and double checked things to make sure everything was OK. Thankful to have found a pediatrics in our area that is a good one.

The people at Noahs Ark are like family!!, they treat my children with love and respect!, and yes sometimes we have to wait a little, but they are always willing to fit my children in on the same day when they are sick. I give them 5 stars and I recommend Dr. Lee to all my friends!
