Ive been a patient of Dr David Matter for over ten years, putting up with a twenty-plus minute drive since moving from Gilbert to Chandler. I didnt enjoy the drive, but I really liked him, so my eye never wandered... until one day a fancy mailer caught my eye. I recall seeing the phrase "paraffin wax", and baby, thats all she wrote. After walking into the unassuming office, which faces Alma School (youll park on the opposite side of the building), I excitedly anticipated which part of my anatomy would be waxed. The office is adjacent to a colon hydro-therapy business, so I really didnt know what to expect. Mesha greeted me, and suggested I take a seat. After blurting out something about spa treatments, she summoned Dawnie, who I immediately took a shine to. She was utterly charming, referring to moi as "sugar" and "honey". Wheres the tip jar, cuz daddys ready to slap it down! After being ushered to one of their "relaxation rooms", and seeing an ultra-modern massage chair, I shifted focus to Dawnie and let out an "Oh Mama!". She coaxed my shoes off, and had me dip my paws into a crock pot of translucent wonder. First the palms, then the backsides. Each hand was bagged and summarily placed into a soft mitten. I was led to the chair, which had foot massage apparatus, which I have never seen before. Asking for a photo, I realized my camera was tucked into my front pocket. Dawnie, realizing I was about to try and stuff my baker-sized oven mitt in my jeans, offered to take the photo and text it to me. The massage chair was activated, and I spent the next 15 minutes in Pamper-ville. Tessa, my hygienist, came to fetch me. She even carried my clod hoppers to the cleaning room. Total sweetheart. After completing the cleaning, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Caryn Lee. The whole experience was one pretty woman after another. I love ya Dr Madder, but these breezies got me on lock. ps. They have the ability to mold your crown in-house, same day, so NO TEMPORARIES!!! YAY!

This is one of the worst dental places I have ever been to. Stay away from them. They are incompetent. They seem nice first as long as they can charge you. They were extremely rude to me. They showed their real nature once they knew I was not going back there. I had an implant crown that had come off. I visited their office on Friday (10/30/15) and had them to re-cement the crown (a few minutes job). Two days later, on Sunday (11/01/15), the crown came off again. I called and went back to their office on Monday (11/02/15). The dentist who had done the initial re-cement was not there (Gabriel or something). Another dentist (Asian) looked at the crown and tried to place the crown before putting on the cement. She had a hard time putting the crown in place before adding the cement. I was getting frustrated with her incompetence so I told her do you want me to do it. After trying one more time she said yes, can you do it. I couldnt believe she was actually asking me that. It took me a few seconds to place the crown on with my hands. First time I tried, the crown fell into my mouth and luckily I did not swallow it. From that moment, I was so unhappy. How a dentist let the patient put the crown in place, this was so unprofessional to me. Anyways, I decided to leave. I told her I am coming back to see the first dentist who had done this on Friday only because I have already paid for this otherwise I would go somewhere else. The Asian dentist said well, you paid for her time and thats why we charged you. I told her, I have nothing to talk to you about. And thats when this other extremely rude woman (I wish I knew her name, she is a dental assistance that calls herself lead or something) called me dude you cant talk like that, you have to leave or I am going to call the police. This happened today. I went to another dentist and took care of my crown. I just filed a claim against them with BBB. Called my insurance and reported this and just wanted to share my experience.

To my favorite dentist, Dr. Shylah Gabriel, THANK YOU for giving me my smile back!! Lets be real, not many people can say that they love going to the dentist. If its not your favorite place to go, get excited! Everyone at Posh is so caring, compassionate, and patient (even with the super scared and nervous). Dr. Gabriel and her staff are so friendly and passionate about their work. The office is beautifully pink and CLEAN, very modern and updated. So modern that they even have a machine that makes same day permanent crowns!! (YES, that means no temporaries or impressions). I love their "patient first" attitude! Dr. Gabriel is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she and her staff can offer. Im so lucky to have all the beautiful ladies at Posh to take care of me and my whole family. I would highly recommend Dr. Gabriel to anyone who needs a dentist! P.S. Theres a super fancy massage chair and a paraffin wax! Need I say more?!

What an amazing dental experience!! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The dental hygienist Brenda was very thorough and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. While the numbing set in they let you sit in a very nice massage chair plus you can get a hand wax, a first at the dentist for me. Last but not least the doctor....Ive been to the dentist at other offices and the doctor really seems to be taking their time between patients Dr.Gabriel was everywhere but in a good way! She made sure every patient there got her undivided attention but as soon as they were set she was right on to the next one no breaks, by far the most attentive medical professional I have ever seen. If youre looking for a new dentist look no further than POSH, sorry girls I couldnt type this in pink!

Posh dental change my life. They bring back my confidence. I smile more often and just happier. I get a lot of compliments on my smile its like extreme make over but with posh dental. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They dont treat you just a patient they treat you like family. Everybody is nice, from the front desk(Misha) to the dental hygienist(Jessica), and to my lovely dentist Dr. Gabriel. She is the best dentist out there. She knows her craft. Very professional, compassionate, and consistent. She will make sure you get the best care and treatment as possible. I highly recommend this place. Not only its pink everywhere but the staff are amazing and they love what they do. They work with your schedule. This clinic is just simply amazing.

Do yourself a favor and go to Posh Dental- its hands down the best dental office in the Southeast valley. As soon as you walk in the door, youll know this place is different than any other dentist youve been to. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares that youre feeling relaxed, Dr. Gabriel will make you feel comfortable and really takes the time to explain things and answer questions. All treatment is completed quickly and painlessly. If you need a crown, you get it the same day! Seriously, check out Posh Dental, you wont be disappointed!
