Total Care Dental transforms how I feel about going to the dentist. When I started going here 4 years ago, I was absolutely shocked by how much I enjoyed it! Great people, beautiful office, and I always felt like her work was good. I had 13 fillings done that first year. I moved further away, and tried going to another dentist...beautiful office, really nice guy... TERRIBLE work. I didnt realize how fantastic Dr Jorgensens work was until I had another dentist tell me so. Ive never had any issues with my fillings, except one which they fixed for free. Since then, we drive an hour just to go to Dr J. Ive had additional work done since, and its been great. Also, the rest of the staff is just so great. I have a young baby, and my sitter fell through at the last minute. When I called to cancel, they said just to bring her and theyd work it out. One of the dental assistants actually watched my baby while I had a crown done. Granted, I would never plan on them as a babysitter in the future (ie, dont go here expecting free day care), the fact that they were willing to do this for me meant so much. Also, the last time I got my teeth cleaned I got a warm blanket, a parafin hand treatment, and a warm cookie on the way out. I had an emergency root canal I needed, and Dr Jorgensen wasnt available...so Dr Libby did it. I was hesitant, going with someone new. He was really nice, and it was the easiest, best root canal Ive ever had. Never something I thought Id say... :) but the work was so great, and I was glad that I now have 2 dentists I trust in the same office. Cant say enough about these guys, but this is probably plenty. You will never regret going here!

AMAZING! By far, the best dentist I have ever been to..EVER...which to those who know me, says a lot. Ive had a LOT of work done throughout the years and have been to many dentists and orthodontists. And to be honest, it has almost always been the same, droll experience with either poor or mediocre at best results. Then I was referred to Dr. Jorgenson and staff at Total Care Dental by my brother and wife, and it was a completely different experience. I actually enjoy going in to their office. Not only because they are all so darn nice, but because theyre good..and when it comes to my teeth, thats what matters most to me. They actually care about my teeth and about me..what I personally need. Are they more expensive than other places? It might appear that way to some, but not for the reason that you think. I know pricing since Ive been to so many places, and I know the procedures and products used (for the most part). Total Care Dental simply doesnt use inferior products that could cause issues in the future. They take pride in their patients and refuse to do something that will tarnish their reputation. So, because they use the best of the best, their prices may be more than some other dentists who cut corners and use inferior products that WILL end up causing health issues and cost more money in the future..But even then, the pricing from there for my teeth was WAY less than other dentists who were using poor materials..ugh..Im rambling. If youre reading this over there at the Office, THANK YOU for my new smile. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! Youve honestly changed my life. THANK YOU. -DaveB

My wife went in for a cavity to be fixed. They told her there were 5 which need attention even though she knew it was only one. She asked twice how much it will cost. She was told not to worry that her insurance would cover it. She has never had to pay more than $100 after insurance coverage for work done which is reasonable. This place "Total Care Dental" charged her nearly $850 for the same work after insurance payed. She would have never done such a thing had she been told how much as she asked to know multiple times, but they refused to tell her. I called to get some kind of explanation but they refused to give any explanation other than that they are just an expensive place and insurance companies do not like paying for unreasonable procedures which they apparently claim to have done. Filling cavities is not unreasonable but perhaps the way they do it is, and insisted we pay the full amount immediately even though we dont have that kind of money or even close. It is bad business to treat costumers this way, not to mention it is disrespectful, unethical, immoral, I would warn anyone not to go here who are expecting to be treated kindly or even fairly for that matter. I believe after speaking to them that they are running an operation which hustles money from from unsuspecting people and insurance companies are no longer paying for their fraudulent services. I use government pehp insurance which Ive never had a problem using at normal dentists. Buyer beware do not come here expecting to be covered and expect to pay an extreme and unreasonable premium.

Some people are born with dentist anxiety, and I was one of them. I havent been able to get dental work (more than a cleaning) for 10+ years. I tried many different dentists and approaches, and nothing seemed to work. The staff and dentists at Total Care Dental completely changed my experience going to the dentist, and today I was able to get the work done that I needed without fear and anxiety! Here are a few things to love about Total Care Dental: - Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They know my name and talk to me like an old friend. They never make me feel stupid for my anxieties, and treat my concerns as legitimate concerns. - Dr. Jorgensen is an exceptional dentist. She is thorough in her exams and clearly explains the procedures. She is quick in completing the work and did an excellent job (I couldnt even feel the shots when she was numbing me up!). She even called me the evening after my appointment to check up on me! - Warm blankets from the dryer - Accommodating to patients needs (noise-cancelling headphones, special calming music/herbal supplements, working with the patient to determine the best way to get the work done, etc.) - Billing and office staff are very involved and clearly explain billing, scheduling, etc. - Warm cookies on the way out! My husband and I call Total Care Dental the "Dental Spa". At first I was disappointed to find that the practice was out-of-network on our dental plan, but the 10% extra cost for out-of-network dentists has been totally worth it.

My husband and I had our first appointment there last month and we loved it! Everyone was so nice! I dont like dentists in general so I was a little worried but it I didnt need to cause they took a really good care of me. They let me pick some essential oils to relax, they had headphones for me with relaxing music, heated blankets... you name it. They had great advice on how to keep my teeth healthy and I feel like they really cared about me. I still have all of my wisdom teeth and when I go to other dentists, the moment I open my mouth, theyre recommending I get them pulled out. Here they told me I had plenty room there and the wisdom teeth were in a good shape, so they didnt need to be pulled. I really appreciated it because in my opinion a good dentist/doctor wont recommend unnecessary procedures to patients just to make money. It made me feel good to know that they listen to me and my needs and wants and dont try to push me into things I dont like. The x-rays were done fast which I appreciated and they dont use fluoride which is one of the reasons why I picked them. Overall, the visit was awesome and Im looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Total Care Dental!
