Found this office by chance since my wifes dentists office could not get me in for a visit. I had a severe toothache and needed to see a dentist right away. Raintree Dental was able to see me on the same day and took care of everything that was needed. I thought it was odd that for the same service and using the same insurance (inspection, root canal, crown, cavity filling) Raintree Dental actually cost us HALF of what Horizon Modern Dentistry did. Needless to say my wife will now be having all of her dental cleanings and care done by Raintree Dental. Dr. Koerperick was very straightforward and professional. Once you get to talking to him he has a very laid back personality that I thought was great. A cool feature was being able to watch Season 1 of Arrested Development while I was waiting to have my crown procedure done. Im very happy with the location, staff, cleanliness, professionalism, and service I received at Raintree Dental and would recommend it to any of my friends or family members. Thanks!

Our family is treated by Raintree Dental for the past 7 years. Best staff and service ever. Everytime you come youll find something new and innovative being added to their tool-set that makes both your treatment and their work smoother and better. It feels like your money is put back into their office to give you an even better service each time you come. This is by far the best dentist and the best dental office I have ever been to. Starting with the little things like the front-office staff and the fast service with no wait, through the in-treatment video watching option and ending with amazing dental medical care that is painless, fast and professional including getting personal calls from the dr. after any major treatment to check up on your status the day after.

My wife and I have been going to Raintree Dental for two years plus since moving to the area. I have always been pleased with the care provided and have told several friends about them and they have all been happy with the care received. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and the equipment is top notch. The availability to make crowns onsite is a real plus which eliminates the need for a temporary crown and an additional office visit to have the permanent one fitted. Lastly I appreciate being seen promptly after arriving for my appointments. I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes.

If you are looking for a great dental office, where you can expect consistently outstanding results, and staff that are both competent and kind, then go to Raintree Dental. Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistants and hygienist, and of course the dentists, are all fantastic. They are very approachable, listen to my requests, and answer my questions, oh and they are never pushy about telling you what you need, so you actually feel like you are a patient, not visiting a car dealership. Overall I have had multiple great experiences, and plan on staying with this practice for the long run!

So far, Ive had an amazing experience at Raintree Dental, compared to other dental offices Ive been to in the Phoenix Metro area. Everyone at Raintree Dental is very friendly and knowledgeable, and more importantly, passionate about what they do. They are always willing to answer any question. The office, as a whole, is run very efficiently and smoothly. My appointments always begin and end on time or earlier than what they tell me. I’m so happy to finally have a dentist in Arizona that I can trust and rely on!

I was a new patient and was seen for a specific concern. Dr. Koerperick was professional and knowledgeable; the Assistant who I first met with and took x-rays was also welcoming and professional. I had a question about billing (my wife saw Dr. Musselman a few days prior to my appointment) and I received a quick response. Also, Mary was very helpful in explaining my current and future costs and in making an appointment for me to an endodontrist for a possible root canal.

I have been patient with Raintree Dental for over a yr now and I have zero complaints. They have been the best dental service I have had my entire life. Their amazing staff is always, always trying to step it up a notch when it is impeccable already. Cannot say enough things. I transferred to Raintree after my dentist of 30 years retired. Outstanding. Very competent office staff is on the ball. Medically I quickly discovered my last dentist wasnt on top of things as he should have been - I had decay under fillings that had to be remedied. These were caught in time to avoid root canals thankfully. Everything fully explained including showing the pics and xrays. I only wish I had moved sooner

This dental office is awesome! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. My hygienist and doctor (Joseph Musselman) were very personable folks. They made me feel at ease, especially with all the work I had to get done. Joseph did a fantastic job on fixing my teeth! And one of the best parts is that you get to watch a movie while they work on you instead of staring up at posters of kittens on the ceiling :). Win!

Expected to have a basic cleaning and exam, instead walked out with dirty teeth and a 4K bill for future work.(That was the discounted price if I bought the discount card.) Things sounded funny from the beginning. Why do I need to make two appointments for a simple cleaning? My thinking is that once the office realized I didnt have the 4K for the major work, why follow through on their obligation of the free cleaning.

If I had to sum up my experience here with one word it would be "thorough". They genuinely care about my health and have done more to educate me about dental health than any other dentist Ive had. Plus, I only started going to them recently but theyve been very helpful about working around my schedule. Special thanks to Bayer and Khan for their work, although Ive been happy with everyone Ive met at raintree.

The office staff and Dr. Musselman were very personable. I found Dr. Musselman to be easy going, making me feel comfortable. He also emergency repair on my tooth (short period so I could get back to my job), and also pulled some strings to get me into an implant specialist the same afternoon. Great job to Dr. Musselman and your entire team.

I have been with Raintree Dental for over 4 years now. Dr. Koerperick is very gentle and does excellent work. Jaime is my hygienist. She is very gentle and thorough and I no longer hate to get my teeth cleaned. Michael and the office staff are always very helpful and friendly. Hope to be there for many years to come.

Went in today for a crown re-cement. Mike stayed late in the office and got me an appointment the following day! Was handled by Dr. Musselman who I got to meet for the first time. He was attentive and very professional. No shots and totally painless. Who could ask for more! Raintree Dental is the best. Nuff said.

Very professional. Dental plan outlined in advance so you know procedures and costs.The office is staffed with friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable staff. Dentists are great. Explain procedures as they perform. No pain..... Office is outfitted with state of the art equipment. A great experience overall.
