My review will be in English and another in Spanish Mis comentarios estaran en ingles y castellano. I have known Dr. Pham for many years now. He practises a very thorough eye exam and takes his time to create a very patient focused patient-doctor relationship. He never seems in a hurry or worried about paper work. He provides eye-contact, detailed explanations about the patient-s condition and highlights the importance of preventative care. He is warm and people oriented while still being in focus. He shows that his knowledge is updated. Hace años que conozco al Dr. Pham. Siempre me impresiono la profundidad con que realiza el examen oftalmologico y la paciencia y detenimiento con que lo hace. Cordial, ameno, pero a la vez enfocado en la afeccion del paciente. Se toma el tiempo para explicar el estado del paciente y tambien en educarlo segun las normas de prevencion. Se actualiza tambien en sus conocimientos. Me gustaria entonces recomendar sin duda alguna al Dr. Pham dado que su actuacion profesional es impecable.

Sun Valley Eye Care really delivers on service. I received a very thorough eye examination by Dr. Loc and he really cares. He was patient and answered my questions, not rushed and short answers but explanations so I could understand. This office has state of the art equipment that is clean and looked new. The selection of eyeware is awesome, and the prices were really reasonable. I got my contacts and glasses there; the front office person, Thy, was very sweet and helpful. After 20 minutes of trying on different frames, she showed my sons how to take off and put on their glasses correctly. My entire family goes there for their vision needs because you cant get the same service at the big centers. Kudos to Dr. Loc and his team for maintaining excellence in quality of care by helping others to the best of their ability.

I had a lovely experience here. Everyone from the technician to the optometrist to the lens lady were super helpful and kind. They were incredibly thorough with my consultation and explained every test they performed. I had a million questions for the optometrist and he explained everything and left me super satisfied with my new knowledge of how my eyes work. Once I had my new measurements, the lens lady helped me pick the type of lenses that best fit my face and my style. She was also super patient while i went back and forth between 2-3 lenses and couldnt decide which one would look better. They called back a couple weeks later to make sure everything was fine, which I really appreciated.

The eye doctor was extremely nice and funny, however the other staff was not helpful in finding the right glasses for me. My face was body shamed. My nose was "too crooked" or my eyes were "too close together". I had remarks such as "oh god no" when I put a pair of glasses on. If you do end up going there, dont listen to them and go with what you love. Didnt end up purchasing glasses since I was too discouraged and didnt want to give them my business. Not coming back again. Still, I did like the eye doctor. I have nothing against her.

My husband had an issue with his new glasses recently and they saw him immediately with no questions asked they ordered a new pair for him. They have no problem walking you through everything, include prices, insurance rundown, choosing frames, or teaching contact inserting. Fairly social with enjoyable personalities. The doctor was excellent at walking u through and was a very pleasant man. Just enjoyed the vist on the whole.

Great service. Brought in my 10 year old son and they did a great job putting him at ease and finding him frames (he is picky). We actually got in 30 minutes early and while the doctor was with another client the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. HIghly recommended.

These guys are awesome. The Clarizio chicks are fantastic in every way. SVEC is able to accommodate my busy schedule and make appointments outside normal business hours. They are consistently and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs eyes checked.
