I went in as I always do every year to redeem by benefits every calendar year. A lady by the name of Mary was the worse person I ever came in contact with. They are adamant about a benefit that cost extra to a plan or scratch resistance, but I did not need it. Mary was rude and so was Lynda who at first seemed really nice. Wow! Was I fooled. They were talking about me as if I was not there. Made me so irritated. I will never go back. I would rather deal with Lens Crafters as the customer service is so much better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude people should not be in the line of business with person to person interaction. If you hate life maybe you should consider a at home job.
