Since I didnt have insurance when I moved to Salt Lake City, I was forced to go to the nearby Walmart because they offered the cheapest prescription prices. A few months later I got insurance but I went to this Walmart for about 9 months, and not one of my visits did they get my order completely right, no problems, the first time. There was always a problem. They would; not have the right amount of prescriptions ready, have the wrong prescriptions ready, have prescriptions I didnt order, use GoodRX instead of my insurance or vice versa, they would be out of stock of basic things like syringes or give me the wrong size syringes, they wouldnt call my pharmacy for refills or they would wait until I got there to do so, you name it they did it. The staff was rude and disgruntled, they took forever to get anything done, they seemed annoyed that I was there, even the pharmacist was really curt and dismissive of customers. It was like somebody was playing a prank on me or something, very bad, 100% of the time. 1/5, that is no knee-jerk reaction, they were consistently bad over a long period of time.

Mistreats patients, was told to make a decision so they could "clock out" and then the pharmacist refused to answer the patients questions about the meds! 3 things... ITS YOUR JOB TO CONSULT WITH THE PATIENT ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS, HSAS ARE FOR PAYING THE CO-PAYS, AND IF YOU ARE STUCK WORKING AN EXTRA 10 MINS YOU BE THANKFUL FOR THE OVERTIME AND HELP THE CUSTOMER!

They suck terribly, up the prices at the register for fun and gave me a partial fill and I could have gotten them all today but have to wait till they are gone to come get the last few, more money, more time waiting, and more of my time wasted. Wont be back

This pharmacy has always been great to me. Yeah they are busy but from experience they treat their customers like family and do the job right. Very impressed this is the only pharmacy I will go to!

pharmacist a guy so rude i just need to say hey pharmacist the only reason you have a job its because of us! the people that go there for prescription but dont worry i will go to Costco now on.

Yeah so I call them to give them a prescription for a patient and they put me on hold. 15 minutes later I hang up and call back. Do people really have to complain to get service from them?
