I have been going to Nationwide Vision in Chandler for 6 years. I have been fine with seeing a different Dr. every time I go. Normally the staff has been same. But this last time WOW unbelievable. Messed up my insurance information. Over charged me a lot. No problem if they could fix it. Questioned the mistake at the time of visit. Assured me its right and if not they would fix it. Its been 2 weeks now. I have called several times, again assured me they would fix it and call me back. (some times promised to call back the same day). No returned phone calls. This is the service I am getting from the office manager. Cant return phone calls!!! I have contacts on order and they cant call me to pick up. So once again called office spoke with office manager sorry dont know why the contact arent here yet will look into and get back to you. Sure you will. Guess what? I will no longer be returning.

Went here because the one I normally go to was booked up. Ordered glasses for me and my husband, got charged an extra $100 for express and ended up with glasses that are completely bent out of shape! Then I was told they could "resize" them, which would be fine if I had the time to go in and have it done which I dont. I therefore paid for "express" and wont even get to utilize my new glasses for at least another week. HORRIBLE! Also I was told we HAD to pick them up immediately or they would have to be shipped to us, which would take a week. Worst service EVER, Ive been going to nationwide for 10 years and never had this problem.

This place is terrible. I used to walk in and refill my contact prescriptions whenever I ran out. The last time I went in they said they dont carry any contacts and Id have to order them. Ok no big deal but when I asked if this was a new policy because thats how Ive always done it, the lady basically called me a liar and thats how they have always done it. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from Nationwide Vision.

My daughter got conjunctivitis when she had an appointment she tried on glasses. They told me there is no proof she got it from their office. And offered nothing for my kids pain suffering and missing school.

Had appointments for all 4 kids here. We were in and out in a little over an hour. Everyone was really great. The tech was especially good working with the kids.

They never answer the phone, I keep calling to schedule an appointment but the line is always ringing. Oh well. Hope you have better luck.
