I have suffered with sjogrens for many years...its affecting my eyes the most severe...been to many eye drs...I thought my last corneal specialist was very knowledgeable....I was so wrong....working with the sjogrens institute as chairman of the eye division...I accidentally stumbled across across him!!!!I knew he did extensive research but never knew he saw patients too! I messaged him and very quickly he responded back....gave me his office number and personal number! Told me to call him anytime! So I talked personally with him yesterday....I thought I was at the end of the road....no...I was no where near!!!! He ask me if I had pen and paper.... I said yes! I have never spoken to a more intelligent eye dr in my life! He told me of many different options that I could try and I have Medicare and supp....He told me of the latest best procedures that were being done...and certain ones Medicare would pay for....when I got done....I had three pages full of the most valuable information ever!!!! He told me to check in with him..that if the specialist I was seeing had questions about treatments to just give his number! Talk about going out of your way.... I have never been so happy and hopeful in my life!!!!! This Dr. Knows his stuff and I would look no further.....I thanked him for taking taking time out of his busy schedule to speak with me...He said he was happy to and that was his job.....He has forever changed my life and for the first time given me hope of a much better quality of how to properly deal with the severity of my sjogrens.....I absolutely love him....and anyone with dry eye problems would be crazy to look any further....I wish I could repay him for all of the info he gave me...He is the man to see or get in touch with....thank u personally Dr Cohen!!!!!! And God bless you for the never ending research you do and helping so many people....like me....!!!!!!!!!

I have never been treated so well in any doctors office before. My husband, myself and our 11 year old son all love Dr. Cohen and all of his staff. We have been patients of Doctor My Eyes for 4+ years, and never once could I complain about anything. The receptionist is helpful, patient and friendly. The technician is kind, gentle and friendly as well. Dr. Cohen is absolutely the most genuinely involved doctor Ive met. He not only remembers us each year, he remembers details about conversations, about our lives, over the past years. He truly cares about his relationships with his patients, and is respectful, kind, open and honest. The glasses rep is amazing as well. She is helpful in choosing frames that are fashion forward, or run of the mill, or classy etc..., she is knowledgeable and super helpful when selecting the proper lenses and all the extras that can be added or are unnecessary. She is absolutely honest and has never steered us wrong. Each and every individual in Dr. Cohens office works with honesty and integrity and friendliness. Anyone who needs eye glasses, contacts or eye exams, I refer to Dr. Cohen. Even after we moved to Tempe, we still make the trek to N. Scottsdale to see Dr. Cohen. Unless he moves out of state, we plan to remain his patients for the long haul.

Dr. Cohen was very friendly and provided excellent service, during our recent visit for my 2 year old daughter. She is very shy, and easily uncooperative with strangers - however, Dr. Cohen was so good with her - and she was able to participate in the eye exam. Not only was I overly impressed with Dr. Cohen, and felt reassured that my daughters eyes were in great care... my second favorite part of the appointment was almost 0 waiting in the waiting room. As a frequent doctors office / specialty doctor visitor... I can tell you that nothing irritates me more than spending an hour or more of my valuable time - sitting in a backed up (because of poor scheduling) waiting room! This was definitely not the case here. I walked in - signed in - waited maybe 5 minutes - and was back in the room - to see the Dr. I would definitely / and already have / recommended Dr. Cohen.

My husband & I were given Dr. Cohens name as a referral from a dear friend. This was a wonderful experience. Exceptional Doctor & office staff. Dr. Cohen is extremely pleasant and personable. He is interested in hearing your concerns and provides you with a very thorough exam, explains your individual problems & options in addressing them in the best manner possible. Everyone of his employees were welcoming. The office has a warm and comfortable feeling that just makes you feel right at home. Great option for anyone that has young children that may be afraid of going to a doctors appointment. My husband & I are in our late 50s we each have glaucoma & cataract in our family history. Dr Cohen has a special testing for this and we left the office feeling very confident we are in good hands. Extremely Happy this Dr Cohen & Staff. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Stephen Cohen you are a rarity in this day an age. To take time out of your day and the only benefit to you was to educate us!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, make it 67 5 star reviews!!! My wife an I have an 8 month old that has extropia. We went to an ophthalmologist who stated she needed surgery. We looked for a second opinion (just to make sure we had the right surgeon as well as diagnoses) and were lucky enough to find Dr. Cohen. He has a free program for infants under 12 months and his office staff was very nice and friendly. Even though it was a free appointment he saw us at the scheduled time and in detail, never rushed, he explained the whole process and vetted the surgeon we have been seeing. This was exactly what we needed. We as Joe Public have no way (beside reviews and referrals) to know who is a good surgeon or not.

Love Dr. Cohen and his entire staff! I was a patient of his when I first moved to Arizona. Then when I switched jobs and my vision insurance sent me to one of those "chain vision stores". I went there. Needless to say the experience was less than acceptable;problems with the lenses that they refused to correct, treated like a number, and well...lets just say Dr. Cohen spoiled me for other eye places. So I returned to Dr. Cohen, only to learn that the price I paid for my glasses at his office was almost the same as my out of pocket at the chain store and that was with insurance at a supposedly discount store. (go figure) Shelly was extremely helpful in choosing my new frames and Im very happy to be back. She knows every frame they have because she orders them and has great taste.

I have been going to Dr. Cohen for many years. I had to switch once, due to insurance "in network" issues. I got back quickly, as I missed the personal service he gives and his staff gives. Shelly and Susie are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Cohen went out of his way once and dropped my daughters new contacts at our home since she was heading out of town for New Years and she forgot to get them before they closed for the weekend. That is beyond the call of duty! He always gives me advice as to how to wear my contacts to best serve me....i.e., having both long distance and wearing readers or doing mono vision without the need for readers, etc.. I always know whatever he advises will work well!
