Dr. Taylor was very patient with me as we tried to find the right material for my glasses. He worked me in on short notice when we found out the high index lenses did not work for me, and then refunded me the difference I paid for them. His staff at the Kaysville office is either new or just not on the same page with each other. For instance while I was in that office they told me they were going to have new lenses made for my glasses because they forgot to polish the edges (which I reminded them of when I ordered my new glasses). Then they called me 2 days later saying I needed to bring my glasses back so they could send them to have new lenses made. If I had known this I would have left my glasses while I was there two days prior. His Kaysville office needs to be remodeled as it has seen its day (probably in the 80s) however his Syracuse office is very modern and comfortable. Even though this last visit was not as smooth as I would have liked, Dr. Taylor did what needed to be done to make it right. I would recommend this business to my friends and family

The doctor is great. He is very careful, and willing to explain everything he is doing. I went for a scratch on my eye, and havent gone through purchasing glasses or contacts there, but for eye exams and eye injuries I would highly recommend it. I will probably buy my next pair of glasses there, just because I enjoy everything else about it so much. Might change my review if the purchase is disappointing, but until then its 5 stars.

I just had a patient visiting Utah and ruined their contact lenses. Upon confirmation with my office, Dr Taylor immediately provided my patient with his own trial lenses and saved the vacation. If Dr Taylor and staff provided this level of personal care for my patient, I cant imagine how high the level of care they will provide for you as their patient! Dr Taylor and his office truly care! My husband went here and paid over $700 for glasses. The lenses scratched easily, and the coating is coming off. The nose pieces keep falling off and it sometimes takes a while to get replacements.
