The doctor himself was friendly enough and willing to answer questions. Was not pushy about getting glasses. The office women who take copays could stand to be more professional. They did not go over cost till we started the preliminary exam which does throw me off. We did go with the fancy eye photo machine but do not feel the cost was worth it. I think has the office ladies explained my options prior to starting that I would have with dilation.
