From the minute I walked in the staff was extremely attentive and personable. I was brought back sooner than expected, and the technician (Keith, I believe) made sure I felt at ease through the whole process, as I had never had an eye exam before. I appreciated that everyone made conversation with me instead of just going through the motions. Dr. Kneip is very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he was doing and what it was for so I understood completely throughout the exam. I was then brought to Rachael to go over my prescription and choose frames. She sat with me patiently while I mulled over everything and gave me her opinion when I requested it. The entire process was exactly what everyone wishes for when they go to the doctor, and I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Kneip and his staff, which included Chris and Rachel during my visit, were friendly, informative, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Chris began by explaining the process and purpose of each eye test. Dr. Kneip explained the results and answered each question I had regarding my results and concerns. Rachel was attentive as I had some specific eyeglass frame requests for my first ever pair of prescription glasses. The final product was delivered on time and was exactly what I was expecting. My daughter came here for her first exam and pair of glasses as well, so we absolutely recommend these great folks here at Neighborhood Vision Center if you need your eyes tested or if you need a pair of eye glasses.

I made an appointment for an eye exam and glasses. I was called back over 30 minutes after my appointment time. After I got home, they called me to inform me that they did not put the order through for progressives; just for single vision. I had made it clear to both the doctor and the optician that I needed progressives and they even looked at my old progressives. They told me on the phone they would mail me the RX. They did not and I had to call them to request it 2 weeks later.

The staff is super friendly and the back office Dr. Kneip and the assistant Keith are awesome. Ive been going here for two years and wont go anywherr else. They have all the latest styles for frames as well. I would recommend this eye doctor to a anybody.
