I have had such a horrible experience with Dr Russell at MomDoc-Maricopa. She was always was in a rush during appointments and never really listened to my concerns during my (3rd) pregnancy. She would tell me she would call in a script for me but twice has forgotten to do so. It wasnt until I was in the hospital for days with high blood pressure and a high fetal heart rate, and seen by a specialist that ordered induction, she took what I had been telling her the past month serious. After birth I went back for PPD symptoms and she wanted ordered medications but two weeks later and 4 calls to the office the script has yet to be sent to my pharmacy, again! I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. I will be finding a new OBGYN for my 6 weeks check up.

I only need one word to describe my families experience with this clinic and Dr. Russel, blessed. Thank you so much for everything you all have done for my son and his girlfriend. We felt and continue to be very well taken care of. As a group you are very special people who go above and beyond your job duties. I dont have the words to express my gratitude, all I can say is thank you.

I had set my appointment up for 8 am. and someone had changed my appointment in the office to another time and day without notification to me. I was there at 7:45. Took time off from my work schedule... Im very disappointed in there customer service edicate. They would have not tolerated us being off schedule by 1 minute. So disappointed.

I too had a absolute horrible experience with Dr Russell!! Never called in scripts like she was supposed to never had me sign my tubal ligation papers and she never listened to anything!! Would not reccomend this place at all!!
