Had to deal with some pshyco lab tech last Friday morning. Waited an hour before l got called back, the wait didnt really bother me since l kind of expected it. When l got called back the lab tech twisted my arm into an uncomfortable position which caused a lot of pain in my shoulder. When l told her that l couldnt keep my arm in that position she told me l had to because she was right handed. I have blood tests every 3 months and never had to be placed into an uncomfortable position that caused extreme pain because some lab tech was "right-handed"! She starts throwing a tantrum and telling me that just because Im having a bad day doesnt give me the right to use her as a punching bag! She continues with her drama wasting my time even after l asked her nicely to do the draw and get it done. Then she got mad at me because l didnt ask her in the way she wanted me to. I realize labcorps is hurting for people since the same people are never there but maybe they should start giving psychological exams to their techs. No patient should ever have to deal with some psycho drama queen, patients should be treated with respect and professionalism!!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. As a walk in fasting blood work in the morning I waited an hour before even being called up to the window. You cannot even ask if they have your orders before they check you in. So you could potentially wait an hour for nothing! The person checking people in is not friendly nor knowledgeable. Waiting room was cold and noisy with opera music blaring. I cant wait until my new insurance starts and I dont have to use labcorp any longer. Terrible customer service. Would recommend not coming here if you dont have to, and definitely not without an appointment (which Ive even had to wait with an appointment).

No matter where you go, chances are you will run into the same wait times. I had lab work that needed to get done, and I hate needles. They took that into consideration and had me go lay down on one of the beds so I didnt end up passing out and hurting myself. If they had one more person working they could have probably gotten more people through, but after seeing the facility, I dont think they could have gone much faster even with more people. Overall i had a decent experience here.

Had to wait awhile. They were not well staffed. Now it is 2 months later. My doctor never received the results. I have been trying to call them to get my results faxed to my doctor. Their machine goes through all of my options and tells me stay on the line to speak to a representative. Then it hangs up on me EVERY TIME! Talk about frustrating. I am not impressed.

A very long wait.. The lady behind the counter was very rude and lacked compassion... Some of the elderly along with myself checked in When doors opened.. Do to blood work that requires fasting... Now almost 9:30.... 2 hrs. Later... I havent even been asked for my lab refferals or if I have a fasting prefer...

Not very clean, understaffed (usually only one guy in the afternoon), dont bother calling because after listening to a lengthy message it will tell you to hold onto the line to speak to a rep then hang up on you. On a positive note the tech was quick and efficient but could use some help.

Only ONE person is working!!!!!!! ONE PERSON PEOPLE!!! Tried to call another location and all you get is a machine! Cant talk with a single person. Not what you need when you have to sit with a 3 year old who has strep.

Can not get a hold of anyone via phone to ask questions on a specific blood test I am in need of at the request of Phoenix MEPS. I was left on the line as instructed to be hung up on 4 times.

I signed into the lab at 8:02 am, Saturday, 2 minutes after their posted opening time. There were 8 or 9 people ahead of me. I did not leave until 8:59. Wait is too long.

Tammy did my blood work. Im usually a very hard hit but she was amazing. If it wasnt for such a long wait to get into see her I would have given them 5 stars
