The waiting area is clean enough which is good because you need to be prepared to wait. Staffing is kept minimal so wait times are pretty absurd. People had to up and leave to get to work because they waited so long in the morning.

I am called a "hard stick" and have at times at other places, had up to 6 tries to draw blood. These people regularly get it in 1 try, which makes me so happy. Been going to them for years.
