I dont find the employees to be rude as others have said, although not "customer service" friendly either. That said, they are incredibly slow. Theres always a long wait to be checked in, the check in process itself takes a long time, and then an even longer wait to be called back. Once in back they are adequately expeditious, but that doesnt really mean anything when youve been waiting for so long. At every other LabCorp Im in and out in under 15 min, or 20 at most. But here, never under 45 minutes and even as long as an hour, even with as little as 1 person ahead of me. If it werent, by far, the most convenient location for me, I would not come here.

The worst Labcorp Ive ever been to, they should be ashamed of this location! I waited at the window for 10 minutes before I was told to sign in and thenear wait another 30 minutes to be called. The employees obviously hate their jobs and are very rude!

They need to get people that like there job... personalities are poor st front desk check in. Very direct , Short, and just awful vibe. Whoever is in charge of this location should have someone they care about, act like patient so they get feed back.

Despite what Nic Mares said, I went for a general checkup and they were the kindest people. The older woman at the front desk was so sincere, and gave me heart-felt advice for future checkups.

Every time I need to get blood drawn at this location, they are rude unfriendly and generally seem to hate their jobs. I am reporting them to the corporate office.
