Confused and Unprofessional Staff. Did not have an appointment but had to come in for a drug screen. Signed in at 1340 (1:40PM). Sat down. Waited to be called. Front desk staff yells "Come in please!!!". I walk up to the window. "Sign in and have a seat." At this point Im confused as I already signed in. Sit back down and wait to be called. Three patients who arrive after me get called to the window. Two proceed inside. 1355 (1:55). Still waiting. Friend who came with me for the same test goes in and comes out within 5 minutes. Staff talking about personal lives and sharing cell phone pictures at the window. 1400 (2:00) I proceed to the window and ask when Im going to be seen as I have been waiting since 1340 (1:30). She apparently "missed" calling me as she overlooked my name on the sign in sheet. Staff takes my ID and asks me to sit back down. Staff on their cell phones talking about personal lives. Thankfully the Lab Tech who assisted me had great customer service skills and was very professional. Ended up leaving at 1410 (2:10). Long story short: Waited 30 minutes in an almost empty office to give a urine sample. Would suggest retraining front desk staff. Gives a bad impression of the over all lab site.

They are unorganized and incompetent at the front desk im starting to wonder if they are handling our blood work correctly . I have been waiting with my 2 children for an hour and a half who need blood work and they have called me up 3 times because they keep losing there paperwork and we still have not been seen I hope and pray they get it together because a lot of people health are in there hands .

The Lab Corp employee that works at 4532 N Mesa Ste. 2A needs to have his duty hours posted and be regulated. Evidently closing 37 min before his lunch hour and returning 11 munutes after his scheduled return is not a big deal.

Myself and my service dog in training were treated amazing! The phlebotomist was the best Ive ever had! I was in and out in a timely fashion! They were super accommodating!!!! I would definitely recommend and go back myself!
